I bought this as a gift for someone but read it to make sure he'd like it. It has the humor you know from the fitdad IG account, if you like that the way I do, you'll enjoy it. For folks who might have theme concerns, it's very tame. Nothing dirty or political and largely it centers on topics like food, music, travel, and the like.
