Regret: Forgetting Takes Remembering

Rate this book
"For I acknowledge my
and my sin is ever before me." Psalms 51:3

The journey back from regrettable deeds can be very difficult. It causes many people to quit. Whether it is regret from a broken marriage, broken ministry, missed opportunities, things you did, or things done to you, I find regret to be a hard pill to swallow for most people. At some point people must learn how to live with regret. They must recover and move on with life. Wallowing in regret accomplished nothing.

Unless you have done something regrettable then you probably will not understand. You will have a lack of care for those who face it. This book is for you as well as for them. Whether you are a pastor, parent or some other type of leader, at some point you will have to help someone out of regret and back onto a profitable path of service. All things are possible as we turn to Christ; yet, for those dealing with regret it does not seem so simple. I pray this book will be a blessing to all who read it. I hope it does not simply keep people from quitting but help them thrive for Christ.

"Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. 13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee." Psalm 51:12

Not especially worth your time. Too much fluff, and nearly no substance.
