This book is exactly what you expect it to be. It got me out of a book slump when I needed something to keep me hooked.
It's full of lighthearted banter, ridiculous situations - ehem, the intern becomes the interim team lead/manager, and nobody believes this would happen in real life but we enjoy the read nonetheless - going to your almost kidnapper's home to convince him to come with you and bursting in the courtroom with all this new information.
I enjoyed it because it was ridiculous enough to be entertaining.
And now off I go to the next book in the series.

the virgin trope is my least favorite so that was really laughable. this honestly could’ve been a hundred pages shorter because we get it, he’s bonding with his daughter and fucking his fake fiancee. the first 200 pages held my attention because it was giving wattpad in 2016. the rest was pretty much a skimming and a waste of time.

Amei demais ver as trapalhadas desse casal e toda a história que os levou a ficarem juntos.
Tem também o lado emocionante da trama, onde é impossível, ficar indiferente, ao vermos um pai lutando bravamente pela guarda da sua filha.

Livro de leitura leve e divertida, te prende do começo ao final, pois não é uma leitura chata pelo contrário é completamente viciante.
A estória te rende muitas gargalhadas desde o começo do livro e ao final você simplesmente está apaixonado pelo casal.
