4.5 stars. I was absolutely LOVING. this until the . That soured it for me a bit I won’t lie. Minus that plot point this was excellent. Romantic, slow burn, and filled to the brim with drama and family drama and angst. I liked Bai and Mook a lot and I loved their chemistry and how hard fought their HEA was. I would read this again but I would stop at a certain point because the tone gets thrown off but other than that this was really good.
