I absolutely loved this second installment of the Twin Destinies series! I was reading the downloaded digital version while waiting for it to come in the mail! Can’t wait for book 3!

Review:
Celtic Charms picks up after the events of Blood Song. Both books showcase a fictionalized version of Camille and Kennerly Kit, the very real and renowned Harp Twins. Like the first book in the Twin Destinies series, an album with the same title is also available. Set in one of my favorite locations, Ireland, the newly minted Seers are hired to perform at a wedding. Their host failed to inform them that he needed their new role just as much, if not more than, their mundane one. Fairies are real, and two of their clans have been at war since arriving in Ireland. In a true Romeo and Juliet fashion, the son of one clan and the daughter of another have fallen in love. However, not everyone approves. Mysteries and challenges intensify with every step.
Two identical twins with contrasting personalities navigate fairy politics while trying to keep the bride, groom, and themselves alive. This creates a lively, entertaining story. The music accompanying the events makes the narrative even more enjoyable.
Twin Seers Camille and Kennerly are back with another supernatural adventure. This novel dives deep into classic gothic territory, as the Harp Twins arrive in Ireland to perform at a wedding. Said wedding involves two insanely hostile families who are clearly much more than what they first appear to be. The setting is a wonderfully mysterious castle complete with creaky doors, secret passageways, and a long troubled history. Nearby are a creepy forest and a creepier bog with mysterious and violent magical inhabitants. The story borrows freely from Irish mythology and plays smartly with the music of the Harp Twins. The companion album, also called Celtic Charms is highly recommended. The songs on that album parallel the story of the novel and lyrics from a few songs appear directly in the text (I noticed lines from "I've Got A Plan" and "Welcome to Your Wake", but there are likely other examples).
Second installment in the series collab between the Harp Twins and Debbie and I couldn’t be happier. It’s an easy read and a lot of fun, I enjoyed the Celtic mythology and folklore sprinkled throughout and the bond between the sisters as they work together to solve the mystery and heal the feud.
