Wild Marauders MC: Lynch
The woman in question was still on the ground, unwittingly bringing attention to her large tits as she lay on her backside panting. Last night I read what just may be the worst biker book I have ever read and that is saying a lot. It was late, I was tired but I really needed a cleanser for my book palate after that horrid book. Thank goodness I found this little gem when I played eeny meeny miney moe with my TBR shelf and my finger landed on Wild Marauders MC: Lynch. I won’t lie, the title definitely worried me but it had some decent reviews so I dove in. Next thing I knew it was 4 AM and I was finished. Wow.
Lets get the negatives over with first, since there’s not many. Lynch didn’t figure out who the leak was until it was so obvious he had to, even though the guy was practically handed to him on a platter. This annoyed me. Also, the bad guys were almost too bad. This is a missed opportunity in character development that is seen too often in this genre. All that being said, I still liked the book.
Now to the good stuff. Lynch was one dirty talking alpha and he could get raunchy in a really good way.
Lynch was also bossy, overbearing, OTT, and unapologetic, just how I like them except for that unapologetic crap. There was a couple of times I really wanted Kat to take the closest object and launch it at his head. He was resistant to Kat’s pull on him and he struggled with the danger he put her in just by showing interest in her.
Kat was a bit naive, but she had a strong personality, didn’t do stupid stuff, and was comfortable in her own skin even thought she was a curvy girl. She would occasionally feel a little self conscious when standing next to a skinny club skank, but then she would realize what she was doing and mentally kick herself. This was refreshing since I am really tired of the “I’m curvy and beautiful but OMG I’m fat and should feel bad about myself” trope that is going on in a lot of books. What I loved most about Kat though, was the fact she never, ever, gave up. Whether she was giving Lynch and his MC brothers a piece of her mind, or she was battling the worst of the worst against impossible odds, she was not a quitter.
The chemistry between Lynch and Kat was unbelievably good. Tori Richards can write a sexy scene, whether they were burning up the sheets (or wall, or chair etc.) or even just a kiss, it was hot.
The Wild Marauders MC are a 1% club so there was some blood and gore. Rape is talked about a lot and bodies pile up and not just the bad guys. It’s definitely not the grittiest book I’ve read, but it’s not a unicorns and rainbow book by any stretch. There were several interesting side characters that hopefully we will be seeing in future books. Stone and Rachel from the Dark Menace MC have an upcoming book and I can’t wait!

First time author for me. Interesting series with likable characters and potential for more good stories. Strong heroine. The book started off slow for me but picked up and kept me interested in the story. Dirty talking alpha possessive hero who fights his love for the h. He waffles before finally committing to the h. I will definitely be reading the next book in this series.

Kat was furious with the idiot who had kidnapped her, never one to bite her tongue or not fight for herself she lashes out. Little does Kat know that Lynch, President of the Wild Marauders MC is watching every move she is making and not willing to let her break any of the club rules he steps in. Kat remembers the bad boy biker from a week ago when they briefly met, he does his best to try and tame her but she keeps pushing back. Lynch wasn't planning to take an old lady, but he sure is questioning having Kat as one but the club always comes first. Can he make room in his life for Kat as well?
Holy hot man, this was a combustible ride. lynch is dirty, sexy, crude, and rude but you like him just the way he is. Kat is a a tough chick, she is mouthy, sticks to her guns about what she wants from Lynch, and she is a dynamo of a character. Definitely reading the rest of the series.

Would it surprise anyone if I admitted that I shamelessly BEGGED AND HARASSED Tory for a review copy of WILD MARAUDERS MC? Thankfully she felt sorry enough for me that she finally gave in, and Monday night I was sucked into the tumultuous romance of Lynch and Kat! I've been fortunate over the past year to have quite a few times to "chat" with Tory and she is just the sweetest thing ever... confident, yet simultaneously questioning her writing and you expect these wonderfully sweet romances - right up to the point where you realize that Tory's inner voice has a MOUTH on her! LOL! Okay, on to the Wild Marauders. During a shootout once of the bikers is wounded, so Prospect Chicken is sent to the town's clinic to get a doctor. Instead, he gets a nurse's aid / receptionist -- Kat. This is not the first time that Kat & Lynch have met, but it is the most combustible! Lynch isn't an MC President with a warm and fuzzy side in private; he's hard, raunchy and unapologetic and while he likes Kat's willingness to stand up to him, and won't tolerate it if it disrupts the club or her safety. With the Red Devils upping their game to take over the Wild Marauder and Dark Menace MC territories, Kat becomes an unwilling pawn in the power struggle, and she and Lynch have to decide if their relationship is worth the risk.
I've read many of Tory Richards' stories before and they are definitely panty changers. Not only can you get a good cardio workout from reading her books, but they (gasp!) also have a STORY to them! (Double gasp!) This is NOT a gratuitous sex scene to sex scene book, but delves into the lifestyle of an MC and has some suspense/mystery/danger in it to boot. One thing I usually dislike about first books in a series is that the author is trying so hard to set up subsequent stories, and push character introductions, that the story is actually left dangling. This is NOT the case in this Wild Marauders book; while you are introduced to the MC and some of its members, you don't get dragged under with multiple back-stories, and the introduction to the next book in this MC series is so subtle that it actually surprised me a bit when I saw in her newsletter that the next book would be about a friendly MC's President, Stone of the Dark Menace (you meet him in this book because his MC comes in to help a few times & vice versa). While Wild Marauders is a standalone romance, the threat of the Red Devils MC remains and will make a nice arc suspense theme as the background for Stone & Rachel's romance.
There are several "litmus tests" that I usually have with a "first" book that I read. Do I have the urge to look & see what other books the authors had published so that I can read them? (Since I already have many of them, I guess since I'm rereading the brothers that's a "PASS".) Another is if I find myself hoping the next book in the series will release SOON, which leads me to a question for Tory - when will DARK MENACE - STONE be done so I can get a copy? [wink]

I do love a good hot MC read and this one is certainly hot.
When Kat's car breaks down at the side of the road a biker pulls over to see if she needs help, even though this meeting is brief due to the fact that she has her boyfriend in the front seat and she's already called AAA, the attraction is there, scorching and undeniable.
Three weeks later they meet again when a club prospect kidnaps her thinking she's a nurse, she's furious as you would expect and does everything she can to escape which includes 'borrowing' a bike, now she just picked the first bike she came across and made her escape, the bike in question belongs to Lynch the president of the Wild Marauders MC and the guy she's not been able to get out of her head for the past three weeks.
Lynch also can't believe it, the woman who's plagued his dreams for the last three weeks is here and she's stolen his bike.
I really enjoyed this book, I loved the characters, Kat is mouthy and refreshing, Lynch is hot and he wants Kat so much but he knows the MC comes first and she's a civilian after all.
This is the first book I've read by this author and I will be checking out the next book in this series 'Dark Menace MC' but.... I know there's nearly always a but and I can't believe I'm actually saying this because the sex was hot and this book was hot but I felt the sex overpowered the book and towards the end I started skimming over them, there I've said it. This book did have an interesting story but I felt it kind of got lost at times under all the sex.

lynch acts like a rapist and i can't read books like that where the authors wants you to believe that stuff like this is "romantic"!i know it's a biker book but still at least for me the male character's behavior was just not ok.

The biker scene has lost its appeal...
Lynch is the Wild Marauders motorcycle club president. The club is his life. His crew are his best mates, he makes heaps of money doing what he loves and he has plenty of sweetbutts to service him. He sees a chick on the side of the road with her car broken down and offers her help which she declines. This chick was hot and stuck in his mind after he left her. Every time he had sex with a sweetbutt after their meeting he pictures her face.
Kat meets a hot biker on the side of the road when her car breaks down. Her boring respectable lawyer boyfriend stays in the car while she gets hit on by the biker. This wakes her up to the fact that her boyfriend is a loser. She breaks up with loser and two weeks later gets dropped at the feet of the biker.
This story has action, suspense and intrigue. Lots of fighting between rival clubs which brings murder and mayhem to the club's door.
There were some pretty hot sexy times between the main characters and an obvious connection between them.
My reasons for the lower rating...I'm over bikers. It doesn't turn me on when they want to have public sex. I'm not impressed that every sentence spoken has at least one swear word, it gets monotonous. I don't like to think these women choose to degrade themselves by offering sex to be able to hang around. I don't think being the President's old lady is something to aspire to, it just puts a target on your back.
I have enjoyed books about motorcycle clubs, but for me they have lost their appeal. Maybe down the track the appeal will come back, but for now it's time for a break.

Has potential
3 stars. I don't mind erotic books, but this is one of those books that I felt the sex scenes really overpowered the story. Maybe that is what the author was going for, however, I was actually really enjoying the plot. I really liked the characters themselves, the buildup to their relationship, all the crazy mc stuff, but all the overdone intimate scenes put a damper on it for me. I found some of the phrasing so over-the-top, it made the scenes seem ridiculous instead of "hot". I'm definitely not saying to get rid of the sex scenes. Just personally, I would prefer them to be turned down a little so the other stuff can shine through more. The action side was good, and I loved the h and H together. Just my preferences.

Lynch and Kat definitely start out on the wrong foot after his prospect, Chicken, kidnaps her and brings her to their club house. Kat is pig-headed, stubborn and fights throughout most of this book. Lynch determines that she has something that intrigues him and he is determined to have her for more than a weekend. There were things going on behind the scenes that neither one of them knew about, and it all culminates with Kat being dragged into the MC's business. Lynch finally gets his head on straight and determines that Kat is more than capable of becoming an old lady. The ending sets up the next book so it will be interesting to see what that leads with Stone's MC.

This book wasn't completely awful or horrendous but it wasn't great either. I liked when Lynch would turn all alpha but he was a bit of a douche sometimes. He was redeemable though and he had one hell of a dirty mouth that was hell a sexy.
Kat was pretty funny at the start. I loved her sass. But she got a little annoying at times. I would of loved her to be more strong willed. Make Lynch grovel the bastard.

Kat was pretty funny at the start. I loved her sass. But she got a little annoying at times. I would of loved her to be more strong willed. Make Lynch grovel the bastard.

Loved this story, loved the cover, fell hard for Lynch:) Great characters, nothing soft about any of them. Kat has a bit of roadside problem where the best kind of help found her- she didn't accept it- but ended up needing it after all. I was a bit suspect of certain friends but waited for them to prove true and they did. Surprised about the family relation. Eager to read, Dark Menace MC, this author just writes such an excellent mix of sex and chemistry it's makes for a very driven book. Hence Dark Menace should be very good:) Highly recommend!

At first I thought this was going to be one of those MC books where the author uses sex as the story line and little else. Boy was I wrong! This book turned out to be a very good read with a good story line and lots of action. I will be checking out the next book in this series as soon as it comes out. This is going to be a great series. Rated very good

I really liked this one. I should point out here that I am a sucker for a good motorcycle man and curvy heroine which were both found in this tale. On top of my personal taste though this book had well developed characters, much drama and many sexy times :) Loved it! Go check it out if you haven't already :)

One sexy read! I loved Lynch, so hot and intense, he just drew Kat in like a moth to flame. This is one sexy read, these two could not keep their hands off of each other. The story kept me captivated I could not put it down. I am looking forward to ready more of this sexy series.

I really enjoyed this one. Shes a new author for me and It was pretty action packed and FULL of dirty talk! I will for sure one-click book 2 featuring another character I liked, Stone. Going to head over to her page and see what else she's got up or coming down the pike I might be interested in.

Lynch was fast, filthy, action packed, and sexually charged, just the way an MC romance should be. I loved the heroine from page one. Kat has ovaries made of steel. Independent, outspoken, and curvaceous, she’s the type of heroine I love to read. Raised in an abusive home, she left her demons behind and vowed to bow to no one. So, when she’s captured by a member of the local M.C., Wild Marauders, she refuses to back down.
Her sass, thick frame, and fearlessness, attract Lynch, even as her mouth places him in a precarious position. When she disrespects him, the club president in front of his men, he’s required to make her pay. Under the guise of club law, he takes her into his room. Sparks fly. Anger and lust explode in a blaze of passion that sets them up for the electronically charged relationship that continues throughout the book.
Ms. Richards does an excellent job of portraying the alpha make biker realistically while leaving room for us to love him. Lynch is real, raw, and completely lets it all hangout, without being heartless. He’s hot with a capital H. The scenes between him, and Kat were panty melting, and I couldn’t wait to turn the page and see what would happen next.
Kat gave Lynch a run for his money and got under his skin in a way the tough-skinned biker didn’t realize was possible. I loved watching him rediscover what it felt like to have a heart, and her learn to trust. As they struggle to figure out if they have a future, Lynch is busy defending his throne. We all know the club comes first, but that doesn’t mean love can’t be a part of his life as well. The perfect blend of romance and action, this is a read I highly recommend.

Audiobook: This was my first experience with this author's work. I thought the story was intense as there was quite a bit of action. I didn't like that women were portrayed as a commodity where a group of men would use one woman after the next as if they were a sexual buffet. I liked Kat who was strong-willed, and I liked Lynch's loyalty to his men and to those who aided his club members. There were several steamy scenes depicted. I thought Chase Johnson's narration was fine as his voice was easy to listen to and pleasant to the ear. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Omg, I love Lynch, what a lucky lady Kat is, this is an action packed and fast paced story from start to finish, having read Stone before this I recognised some things which heightened my enjoyment though it is not necessary to read it first. There is kidnappings and shoot outs and lots of Alpha action. This is an unputdownable read, and I can't wait to read more.

I loved Lynch's dirty talk and possessiveness! He couldn't stop thinking about the heroine after a chance meeting and he couldn't understand what was happening to him. I really like this kind of Alpha male. When he had the chance to pursue Kat (h) he took it! No cheating.

Lynch and Kat's book was an action packed ride that I loved going on. When a prospects screw up brings Kat, a nurse's aide to the clubhouse, Lynch takes a liking to her. But there's a storm brewing that Kat could get caught up in. I loved reading this book and I'm excited to see what's next.
