I was supposed to be their struggling student.
Not their dirty little secret.
Not the girl tangled in their sheets when the classroom doors close.

Stephen—the brooding silver fox.

Matthew—the theater god with a wicked touch.

Roberto—the Italian charmer who makes sin feel like art.

They were supposed to save my grades
Not ruin my innocence.

But now the rumors are spreading.
The threats are getting bolder.

And the two pink lines staring back at me could destroy everything.

I swore I’d protect them, even if it meant giving up my future.
So, when the dean summons us to his office, I’m ready to take the fall…

Until the door swings open—
And my best friend walks in, holding my secret in her hands.

Friends Matthew, Stephen, and Roberto have been there for each other for the good and bad times. They are all Professors and are known on campus as the Dream Team, as they are all smokin' hot! But the men have never crossed professional boundaries, that is, until Harmony.

Harmony has a scholarship, and she wants to be on Broadway, so she takes her schoolwork seriously, but when she is failing two of her classes, Italian and Math, she needs extra tutoring; otherwise, she could lose it all. Due to the situation she is in, she doesn't have the funds to pay for this, so she is in a bit of a dilemma. Matthew, who knows that Harmony is going to be a hit on Broadway, who transforms when she is on stage, and asks his friends to help out, seeing as she is in their classes, as he can't lose one of his star pupils.

Matthew doesn't know when he started having feelings for Harmony, someone who is shy and quiet off stage, but has presence on the stage. He convinces himself he is helping her, as she is the understudy in the play he is producing.

Roberto, the Italian charmer, the ladies' man, soon becomes enamoured by Harmony; she stirs his protective instincts.

Stephen has guarded his heart since the terrible loss he suffered. No one can take their place, then Harmony, with her quiet demeanor, her determination not to fail, stirs something he thought he'd never feel again.

All three men know what is at stake if they are caught, but can't seem to give Harmony up. What should have been a good time with no feelings attached soon develops into something more, even if they delude themselves otherwise.

Harmony is struggling with the secret she has, but these men have her heart, and when things come to light, she will protect them at all costs, even if it means her future is put on hold.

Matthew, Stephen, and Roberto are hurting; they finally admit what Harmony means to them. But will they ever see her again? When secrets come to light, the men make the decision, one that they should have taken earlier. Harmony is theirs, and they are going to make sure she knows it.

a wonderful forbidden fun and spicy story where a young college girl becomes involved with 3 of her much older professors. Harmony is struggling with a few classes and needs tutoring or she will lose her scholarship. Roberto finds her attractive and finds out about her crush on him so asks his two friends to personally tutor her. they find him kissing her one night while tutoring and end up sharing her in his office. this leads to a ongoing situation between them that has to stay hidden from students and staff but since they can't keep their hands off her its nearly impossible. slowly others who are jealous of her talent begin to discover whats going on and several close to her are not the friends she thinks they are. threats, betrayal, jealousy and more erupt and threaten to derail harmony's college life and career as well as put her 3 professors careers at risk. when harmony discovers something new and something explosive happens to put them all at risk harmony runs. but her men are not about to let her go without a fight. I love roberto, stephen and matthew. they are strong yet gentle, caring, thoughtful, protective, supportive, loving and more. they put harmonys wants, desires, and needs firsts before their own and truly prove to harmony how much she is cherished. and harmony a shy, inexperienced but determined young woman who's come from poverty, shows her men what it means to be loved unconditionally, to be desired and cared for equally regardless of their past traumas, flaws or age. wonderfully written story, amazing characters and a wonderful ending.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This in no way impacted my opinions.

DNF at page 114

This book has a strong premise and I was excited to dive in, but the execution ultimately fell short for me.

The FMC never really came to life on the page. Her personality felt one-dimensional, and most of what defined her seemed to exist solely in relation to the MMCs. I wanted to see her as her own person – with interests, quirks, and motivations outside of the romance – but instead I kept running into repeated reminders of how “different” she was from other women. The “she’s not like other girls” sentiment was hammered so often that it became distracting and made it difficult to connect with her.

The MMCs, unfortunately, didn’t fare much better. In a why-choose romance, it’s crucial that each love interest stands apart with a distinct voice, personality, and dynamic with the heroine. Here, they felt interchangeable, and I often found myself struggling to tell them apart. Without those unique traits to latch onto, the romance lost some of its potential impact.

That said, the concept itself is an interesting one, and there were flashes of potential in the setup. With more focus on character development and individuality, this could have been a much stronger, more engaging read.

Overall, while ‘Private Tutoring’ didn’t work for me, readers who don’t mind a more trope-driven, surface-level romance might still find some enjoyment here.

Okay, y’all—Private Tutoring absolutely wrecked me in the best way. I went in expecting a little naughty teacher-student tension, but Lisa Cullen delivered a full-on, heart-thudding, blush-inducing reverse harem experience that I cannot stop thinking about.
Stephen, Matthew, and Roberto? Each one is a completely different flavor of sin—and somehow, they all managed to make me melt at the same time. Stephen’s broody silver fox vibe had me weak in the knees, Matthew’s theater-god charm made me shiver, and Roberto… oh, Roberto… the Italian seduction? I lived for it.
I felt every stolen touch, every whispered command, and every desperate attempt to keep our little secret safe. And just when I thought the drama couldn’t get any higher? Two pink lines changed everything, and suddenly the stakes were as high as the tension in their classroom rendezvous.
If you love forbidden, high-heat, reverse-harem romance with a perfect mix of suspense, possessive alpha men, and emotional stakes that actually matter, this one is going to ruin your day (in the best possible way). I read it in one sitting, hiding under my blanket, and I’d do it all over again.
Lisa Cullen knows how to make a reader swoon, gasp, and fan themselves all at once.

What a delightful book! While the plot progression felt a little unbelievable at times (though, in fiction, that’s often part of the fun), I enjoyed how the story allowed space for all four POVs.

Lisa Cullen did a beautiful job giving each character a distinct voice and offering us a window into their inner worlds. The drama kept the momentum moving, with plenty of turns to keep me engaged.

The growth arcs were some of my favorite parts, especially Harmony’s. I also appreciated how the book wove in many of the elements I enjoy most: reverse harem dynamics, forbidden/taboo connections, age gap tension, and a strong thread of redemption.

And of course — I always love an epilogue!

Spice: 4/5 — plenty of heat, balanced with character development.

Harmony, a kind-hearted college student, experiences crazy chemistry with Roberto, Matthew, and Stephen. Though she tries to distance herself to spare their feelings, their mutual obsession keeps pulling her back. A jealous sorority sister, also in her drama class, falsely accuses Harmony of sleeping with Matthew, her drama teacher, to secure the lead role in a play, which she earned through talent. Mysterious texts threaten to expose their secret relationship, and risky campus meetups raise the stakes. A shocking discovery pushes Harmony to confront the Dean to resolve the escalating drama.

Private Tutoring

Harmony, Matthew, Roberto, Stephen

This RH has all the good feels--a sweet, talented, shy student needs help with her studies and her music professor has two friends that can help tutor her. Known as the "Dream Team" Matthew, Roberto, and Stephen agree to help Harmony so she won't lose her scholarship and soon all catch feelings. A very loving storyline with just a little bit of jealousy and blackmail thrown in.

Lisa Cullen writes books that allow the reader to be drawn into her stories. This one is no exception. I loved the book from the first chapter to the end. It was fast paced with plenty of steamy scenes and romance. One failing student and her three tutors. School by day and fun by night. Happy ending included.

On its own, it’s a smoking hot, age gap, forbidden, angsty why choose. Every girls college fantasy.
That being said, it’s pretty cliche.
Innocent girl hooks up with hot older professor, bestie who’s not really a bestie spills the beans, baby on the way.
Those bedroom scenes though were something else!!!! HOT.

Harmony asks her professors for help as she needs some tutoring to improve her grades and keep her scholarship. The three older men and longtime friends (Stephen, Matthew and Roberto) assist her with her study needs, while not ignoring some of her other needs too. A steamy why choose romance with a taboo/off limits feel and an OWYM dynamic.

This book is slightly low on plot, but high on spice! While somewhat predictable, it was still a very good book. Harmony and her professors made a great reverse herem. I absolutely will be reading books from this author again!.

So much spice between Harmony, Matthew, Roberto, and Stephen. Harmony is such a fitting name for someone who is striving for Broadway. Even when you think it's safe to to trust your friendships, they can end up being the ones who break your trust the most.

A sweet and spicy education!

This story had it all, betrayal, spice, sweetness, a few morality lessons, and the unconditional love of good people. Harmony's education didn't go exactly as she planned, but even with a few hurdles she found the life she was meant for. This was a wonderful story!.

it’s okay.

I liked the MMCs and their slightly different personalities. I wasn’t crazy about the FMC’s personality. The story was pretty good, but nothing unique. I’d love to find a professor student romance that doesn’t have getting caught as the main angst. Like really, it wouldn’t be hard to hide that, but look at me being too practical.

She just needed to pass her classes to keep her scholarship. She never expected to fall for one of her professors let alone 3. They had students throwing themselves at them for years and never acted on it. Now they are caught in a nightmare that could end their careers and hers before it even starts. I would love to read more about their future.
