This is Book 17 in the Cape May series. It's recommended to start with Book 1, The Cape May Garden.
Book 17 of the series gets you into the Christmas spirit for sure. All of the characters are dealing with different life issues some fun and meet new friends others are solving a mystery or trying to get their restaurants on track and Margaret and Dave meet new friends and offer to buy more land!
This was my book club’s December pick. It was a cute story about many people in a small town at Christmas. There were a lot of characters to keep up with. I preferred some characters’ stories over others. I recommend reading the series in order instead of this as a standalone.
Stories moved rapidly around the characters. Especially liked the unexpected Christmas Eve. Happy that the Christmas tree Farm was saved from developers.
