Do you know what meditation and lucid dreaming have in common? You're completely aware in both of them. That means meditation is the key to unlocking lucid dreaming In this book I'm going to show you how you can use meditation to enter the dream world from an awakened state. You just need to lie down in your bed and close your eyes then you'll learn how to pull yourself into a dream without losing consciousness. You will have lucid dreams a lot more often, not just because you'll be able to enter the dream world when you want because you will also become so aware you'll become lucid spontaneously during regular dreams too. I'm going to give you the key and you only need to open the door.
Jamie Alexander is a writer and photographer based in Oxfordshire, England, with a keen interest in current affairs and travel. He's seen his fair share of adventures, from being mobbed by villagers in the high Himalaya and hunting wild boar in the world's most remote rain forests, to meeting Papuan rebels in the highlands of New Guinea. When he isn't off doing ridiculous things in faraway places, he likes bouldering, eating cheese, and reading about people doing ridiculous things in faraway places.
He's basically repeating the same thing written in other books written years ago. The good thing it's a quick read and gets to the nitty gritty of it in a condensed inexpensive format. If you really want to learn more about lucid dreaming I suggest Stephen LaBerge's book.
