A short catch up novella but I loved it nonetheless...great to catch up with Sam & Slade showing us despite their forever love everything is not always easy and straightforward when you are married, busy with work and kids.
Slade is still amazing tho and this is a nice, feelgood addition to the series.
Great to catch up with Missy & Tate and of course Parker...the chapters at the end from his upcoming book really ramp up the anticipation!

I was super excited to dive back into these characters. Sam and Slade are back with this very short read!
Even though it's super short I was glad to get more from Angel, Slade, Tate, Missy, and Parker.

Nothing to say. It was a short, sweet and a sexy read. Just what I needed to close the book on this addictive series.
This series was real special to me, it surprised me and got me in love pretty fast. It introduced me to Shantel Tessier, who turned out to be an amazing author.
I know that whatever Slade and Samantha face, their love would be unchangeble.

Super cute short
Love that they found some time. I only wish Courtney & Josh were part of these other books. It's as if Josh is history now that Parkers back home. Courtney is mentioned very little in bakery scenes, and that's kinda sad. I was also hoping Sam brought the handcuffs on her surprise trip... 😉

quick read, but great to have sam and slades story back and see that married life and family life isnt always perfect. but they are willing to do whatever is needed to be there for each other and they are still just as hot for each other as they were when they first met!

Short story, but it was so nice to see what married life and parenthood is like for Sam and Slade. I love how they fight for their love and never give up and still want each other as much as they did in the beginning.

This was almost too short 😅 cute and sweet with not much happening.. a bit of insecurity and then the end 😂

This was a pretty good little novella with just a little more Slade and Sam. Honestly, i thought it was basically a little teaser. Pretty predictable for a couple to feel separation after a year, especially with such a fast paced lifestyle.
There were little grammar errors in there that just kept throwing me off. It sometimes almost seems like an ESL writer at times, even though that is not what the profile info states.
Still, i managed to enjoy it and can't wait to dive in to Tate and Parkers' stories next.

Married life and a child...what are Slade and Sam up to now
This is a quick novella into the life of Sam and Slade. They are married but hardly get enough time alone. We have all been there so they make time in this quick look into their life. It's sweet and less dramatic than the others. I did miss Slade and i was glad to see what it's like for him add a father and husband. Sam has matured and Sadey makes her a student person. I really like this glimpse into what they are doing.

As far as books about Sam and Slade go, this was about as good as I could hope for. More of Sam being a whiny, high-maintenance bitch, more of Slade being clueless and hot-headed. But they solved their problem without too much drama (for them).

April 19, 2015This is a fun read a good fix for needing Slade and Samantha back in your life. You see a little glance into their lives with Sadie. My only complaint is that it was too short, but great for holding me over until Unpredictable releases.
