With 45% of the 260+ books, I had reviewed last year has been for nonfiction Christian books, I, for one, can attest to the transformation that is possible by reading at l least one verse of scripture each day. Not all of us have been fortunate to have gone through life without suffering from any spiritual wounds, yet instead, we go through our daily existence suffering from the negative baggage we are still carrying with us.
While no medical doctor can assist us in eliminating our suffering, the Great Physician, our Lord can by giving us the words of His healing scripture. We need to harken to His words daily so they will not only get absorbed by minds but the spiritual center of our being, our hearts.
What the author of this book, Nicole Crivello, has done in its pages to give her readers what amounts to a carefully gleaned series of scripture from the Great Physician that is to be read for each day of the year [except Feb 29th]. Physicians, we know have the desire to be paid, and the only way in which her readers can accomplish this is for them to profess their love for Him and what they desire to do, and will do, to rid themselves of their afflictions.
For wanting to transform the lives of her suffering readers to a life that has gotten healed, being the reviewer of nonfiction Christian books that I am, I’ve given Ms. Crivello the 5 STARS she has earned for her endeavor here.
