Manhattan is their hunting ground.
Justice is a blood-soaked reckoning.

The Midnight Lilies are taking down the podcast kings one brutal murder at a time. FBI Agent Kate Walsh is caught in the crossfire of a revenge-fueled mission to silence toxic voices. Every murder is meticulously orchestrated, a macabre signature always left behind.

When the Midnight Lilies target a high-profile politician, the stakes escalate to an unimaginable level. Kate knows every stranger on the street could be hiding something. College professors. Soccer moms. Young women on campus. No one is who they seem to be.

As Kate dives deeper into the case, a chilling manifesto is leaked, shedding light on the twisted motive. The FBI team is running blind with no physical evidence, a tech-savvy ghost who erases every trace, and the Midnight Lilies always one step ahead. With the clock ticking and the body count rising, Kate must outsmart the killers before they disappear into the shadows forever.

If you like riveting crime fiction and the thrill of the chase, read Midnight Lilies as a standalone or as book #10 in the FBI Agent Kate Walsh Thriller series.

Jones is one of those authors that I say write with an uncanny ability to plug right in to current events. Kate Walsh is the FBI agent we all wish was truly on the rosters, fighting for the good guys.

Fast-paced, intense, eerily realistic, this is a book you won't put down.

Someone is knocking off misogynist, white supremacists in a most brutal, ritualistic manner. Seemingly one step being these terrorists, Kate and Declan must somehow get ahead of them, though they've soon got a pile of dead bodies and no real leads.

Jones draws on her experience in the world of intrigue, as well as her impeccable research, to craft a tale that is spell binding. Don't miss this incredible race against the clock, will Declan be the next target?

Haunting

Stacy Jones tackles a huge topic in this novel: the manosphere. I appreciate the internal struggle described facing team members who are tasked with seeking justice for unlikable victims spewing a twisted worldview and repulsive beliefs. The undercurrent acknowledging victim pain and injustice lead to complicated responses grows as the story progresses, but I don't think we can understand the perpetrators unless we share their vitriol. At times this book was hard to read. But the humanity Kate, Declan, and other team members displayed kept it from glorifying the violence. It seems this series grows darker with each installment, but so far I keep coming back.

This is another brilliant book in a fantastic series. This time someone is taking out podcasters who are spouting toxic misogynistic opinions. A signature token is left at each scene.

This was a riveting read. The subject matter is very topical at the moment and I loved how it is obvious that no-one here can be trusted and the team are being outsmarted at every step of the way by someone incredibly tech-savvy. I loved the chase and the frustration that Kate and Declan feel at always being on the back foot. I can't recommend this series high enough and can't wait to read more.

As always Jones never let you down. This time the murderer almost artfully arranges black lilies on and around the victims which is puzzling. Kate and Declan are really struggling because the murder is not one person but a group and their digital skills are amazing. The body count goes up at an alarming rate but in the end the murdering group is revealed. I can’t help feeling sorry for the murderer, knowing the sad history behind the actions.

The Best Kate Walsh and Declan James Book

The characters that Stacy M. Jones create are the most interesting and knowledgeable of any I have ever encountered. They are super heroes. These two agents are my favorites. But, I read all her books. I have yet to find one I don't like. Her stories are the best. Thank you for your excellent story telling. You are a gem.

FBI Agents Kate and Declan are investigating a series of murders - misogynists on podcasts or otherwise spreading their sexist views.

It could be said that the men deserve to die... but it's still a crime.

The gardener of the Lilies was a twist!

Great continuation!

I really enjoyed this novel, a continuation of the Kate Walsh series. There was a lot of action and a really tight plot. Twists and turns came from everywhere and I couldn’t have predicted the last villain they arrested.

Agents Kate Walsh and Declan James are on the hunt for a terrorist cell in NYC that is targeting misogynistic men. They have very little to go on. It’s a wild ride. One of the best Walsh/James books so far. Can’t go wrong with a Stacy Jones book.
