Ruby Skye is an erotic romance author who writes addictive kink positive stories bringing to life fantasies and taboo desires.

Hi I’m Ruby, I'm an indie author who loves to write about relatable, hard working submissive women who are sexually open minded. My motto is less angst and more smut. I like my men strong, hot and confident in what they want and I love writing about what they'll do to my female main characters.

A few personal details about me. I have a wonderful husband, two children and a dog. I live in Melbourne Australia although I was born and raised in London, UK. I work for myself during the day and write during my spare time. And that’s around home life, kids’ sports, dog walks, the movies and dancing with my friends after a few glasses of Prosecco.

Now, there is something about the way Ruby writes that makes all these super spicy scenarios feel real. This was such a fun read, had so many good elements and loved the chemistry between the characters. Being a divorcee myself, I loved the message that life doesn't end after divorce and there is so much more out there for you.

A little tiny bit of darkness, a whole lot of spice and many laughs along the way.

Also, obsessed with Liam - that is all.

Thank you Ruby for having me ARC read 💕

Ruby Skye has written a heart warming relatable book with story that is so well written from Lily’s & RENs POV’s bringing both their backstory into the forefront of the book so when the spice hits it’s burns.
The other male characters Max & Liam…talk about a litter of golden retrievers.
And then sweet Jeff …. Bless his cotton socks.

Lily finds her own self worth through an indecent proposal and Ren someone to heal his wounds.

Lily has just hit an all-time low at 36. A fresh divorce, sharing custody of her kids and her once-thriving online business is now barely keeping the lights on.
Ren is tired of searching for the one on dating apps. What he has found is Lily-a woman he'd do anything to help, even if he can't fix her money troubles with a regular job. There is something he would like to pay her for...

It’s a great read of self discovery for all parties satisfaction guaranteed 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Women in Warehouse 13 was a fun, spicy and super quick read. I loved how Ren fell for Lucy, and how Max and Liam were just as drawn to her, perfectly willing to share as long as they followed Ren’s rules. Their dynamic was entertaining, steamy and honestly so much fun to read.

The reason I’m giving it “only” 3 stars is because, compared to Ruby Skye’s Clarendon Playmates Kink series, this one didn’t hit quite as hard for me. But it is still a really enjoyable spicy read and perfect if you’re in the mood for something fast, hot and addictive. 🥰

This was such a fun, spicy, and quick read! It does include some darker content in one section, so be mindful of that if you decide to dive in.

Lily is recently divorced and struggling to pay rent for her business. I loved her character and how she explored the business arrangement and her desires. You really start to see her grow in confidence throughout the story.

I’m a huge fan of Ren he fell hard for Lily and absolutely devoured her. I also liked Max and Liam, but since this is an MF dynamic with some eventual sharing (under clear rules), Ren just completely did it for me.

You do get a delicious amount of spice in this so if you want something to take your mind off things and is easy to read pick this up.

I do want to mention a small content warning and slight potential spoiler. The word “r@pist” is used four times. I found the wording quite blunt and confronting if you have read the context around the situation. I feel this could have been touched on a little differently.

Big thanks to Ruby for the arc!

I enjoyed this, it was short but heavy on the smut which was a nice change for me!

I like how it started and was straight to the point, with no mixed communication. Each of the characters were so caring and their presence in the book made it for me.

I wouldn’t say it’s why choose but it was still really enjoyable considering how quickly I finished it!

✨ Description

In this Melbourne-set romance, a powerful alpha‐male industrialist, Ren, initially views women as objects in his high-stakes world of contracts and control. Enter Lily: bruised by her past, treated like nothing by her husband, but determined to reclaim her worth. When Ren “discovers” her value (first through a transactional arrangement, then through genuine connection) they both step into lives they didn’t expect. As Lily is shown by multiple men what it means to be desired, respected and loved, the story evolves into more than just steamy encounters: it becomes a tale of empowerment, belonging and second chances.

💬 Review (Spoilers Ahead!)

What I loved:

- The premise of a man realising a woman is a whole person rather than an object is classic and satisfying.
- Reading a book set in my own city (Melbourne) was a pleasant surprise - it grounded the story and added local flavour.
- The writing is well-done; the spice is perfectly detailed, especially in those “you’re mine” scenes that sizzle but still carry emotional weight.
- Lily’s arc is strong; after being treated like nothing by her husband, it’s so gratifying to see her be shown her worth by Ren and others.
- The MMMF/festive element (yes, you read that right) offers a twist that pushes beyond the typical couple romance and into bold territory.

What didn’t quite land:
- The storyline felt vague in places: the mechanics of the “paid sex” and the blurred line between paying for intimacy and genuine relationship made things feel a bit murky.
- Ren and Lily’s transition into “dating” blurred that line further - Lily is involved with Ren, yet still continues her...services? That felt inconsistent or underexplored.
- When Ren shares his arrangement with Max, I was disappointed by how it was handled - though I’m glad that encounter ended well, it felt like a stray thread.
- The alpha-male trope is strong - Ren is a bit of a mess, but then again, what single Melbourne man isn’t? That said, his character could’ve used more nuance beyond the typical “mistake-making boss” mold.

Overall:
Lily and Ren coming into each other’s lives feels exactly what they needed - and watching that transformation is compelling. Yet, the “paid sex / relationship / ménage” elements made parts of the story feel less cohesive. The book has built-in thrills and heat, but the emotional architecture behind some decisions could’ve been stronger.

⭐ Rating: 3.5/5
🌶️ Spice: 4/5 (steamy scenes with real emotional up-swings)
💔 Tropes: Alpha male boss • Power + money dynamic • Paid intimacy turned relationship • MMMF • Melbourne setting
🎯 Vibe: Hot Australian workplace romance that flirts with bold choices, but doesn’t always tie them together smoothly.

Women in Warehouse 13 was an interestin read about love after divorce. Lily is 36, freshly divorced, and in need of help. In waltz Ren, with an indecent proposal that will turn Lil's life a bit upside down, but in the best of ways.

I liked the sex-positivity vibe of the book: Lily goes from being downright negative and self-deprecating to a confident woman that knows what she wants and is not afraid of asking for it. There's no stigma in the idea of exchanging money for sex, but instead we see her feeling empowered by the act, finding herself again after years of emotional neglect.

Also, very interesting was the different depictions of intimacy, not just sexual but emotional. The men we encounter have different needs, not all physical, and they explore different ways of gaining intimacy in a context that might feel sterile but is not.

While this is a MF romance, there's also the interesting topic of sharing, and having sex with someone you don't have feelings for, but enjoy physically. It was something new for me, since I usually go for why choose or revere harem stories, and whis one does not fall in that line of romance. Instead we hafe a FMC that discovers a new way to enjoy sex with other people other than her partner, and everyone is happy with the arrangement, without hurt feelings.

The only downside for me was the developement of the actual love relationship between Lily and Ren, that felt a bit forced, mainly due to the fast paced feel of the narrative. It felt like we jumped a couple of necessary steps in the feelings department, and went from 'I want your body and am willing to pay for it' to 'I'm in love' in a span of a few days, without real context apart from a couple of encounters.

In the end, however, it was a really interesting read, different from canonical romance tropes and some interesting themes that don't usually get much recognition in romance novels.

This book was an absolute blast – a fiery, exhilarating ride that I couldn’t put down! Its pace was quick, its sizzle undeniable, and I was utterly captivated from start to finish. But fair dinkum, a heads-up – there’s a darker patch in one section, so if you’re sensitive, just be mindful before you jump in.

Lily’s story hit me right in the guts. Recently parted from her partner, stars out of reach, and fighting to keep her dream alive in her business – I couldn’t help but root for her. Her character is so real, so raw, as she navigates the tangled web of her desires and the daring business arrangement she’s drawn into. Watching her blossom with every chapter, gaining confidence, fighting her fears – it was nothing short of inspiring. I cheered her on with every step she took.

And then there’s Ren – what a legend. He fell head over heels for Lily and totally devoured her with a passion that made my heart race. The way he chased after her, his intensity and genuine hunger, left me absolutely breathless. I also quite liked Max and Liam, but honestly, for me, Ren’s raw, unfiltered devotion and the way he embraced the chaos just lit a fire inside me. Though Liam's enthusiasm was so sweet and what an ego boost. You also just have to love sweet Jeff. This was a classic MF story with some sharing under clear, respectful rules, and Ren’s bolder-than-ever devotion completely stole the show. It’s a book that made me feel alive, full of emotion, and utterly captivated from start to finish.

“You're part of us now, you're one of us and we look out for our own”

Microchipping bad humans, why use an inflatable mattress when there is a desk, recycling of flowers, and lots of new starts.

The plan was to upload this review on the 30th of November, but covid had other plans for me and I just didn’t feel well enough to write my review and make my post. Thanks again to LoveNotesPR for this opportunity but also their immense understanding for the last month.

Are you ready to go down under? 😏
Yes! That’s right we’re - wait you were thinking about something else weren’t you? Tsss enough with that dirty mind, I was talking about Australia.

Although, if you’re looking for a plot, you’re not going to find it. Up for a fun quick smutty read? This might be your book.

We’re going down to the suburbs of Melbourne where one indecent proposal shakes up the lives of four - some may say 5 - people.

Lily just got divorced, sharing custody of her kids and now struggling to keep ends meet as her business isn’t thriving anymore. Ren is her neighbour at the estate, tired of looking around on dating apps for ‘the one’. His mind comes up with a way to help Lily, but mostly himself. However, neither of them expected the change it brought to their lives.

I find it quite difficult to rate this one and determine what to think of it. Did I enjoy myself? absolutely. I mean it’s a short quick read filled with lots and lots of spice, so if you read for the plot? You’re not going to find that here. I knew that before I started this one so thats not really my problem actually. I think I mainly had some difficulties with the fact that the little plot that was there, I just didn’t really connect with or didn’t really feel logical to me. Adding to that, I missed depth to the characters, even if it is just a short fun smutty read, a bit of depth into the characters won’t hurt. And I have to be honest and say that the way of writing just did not really get me in the reading flow and I’m afraid that is mainly where my experience went a bit south. So did I hate this one? Absolutely not. Do I think people can eat this one up? Absolutely, because the spice is on fire. It just didn’t hit right now for me and that’s okay

Okay, this book surprised me - in the best way.

Women in Warehouse 13 is cheeky, filthy, and still manages to feel kind of cozy? It’s the perfect “spicy comfort read,” the kind you inhale in one sitting (or, in my case, until 3 a.m. 🙈).
The story follows Lily, a 36-year-old divorcée struggling to keep her business alive while juggling shared custody and burnout. Then there’s Ren, her warehouse neighbor with an indecent proposal that turns her entire life upside down. What starts as a desperate arrangement quickly becomes something more, something real.
Even though this was first announced as an MMMF “why choose,” it’s really not. Lily and Ren’s relationship is the emotional core, while other men- Max, Jeff, and Liam - add layers of heat, chaos, and self-discovery. There are some foursome scenes (and trust me, they're spicy), but the overall tone of the book is surprisingly soft and grounded.

I loved that Ruby Skye brought emotional depth into something so fun and steamy. There’s not much external drama - no big twists or heartbreaks - just personal rediscovery, vulnerability, and plenty of smut.

It’s not a 5-star masterpiece, but it’s an addictively readable, feel-good story that delivers exactly what it promises.
Definitely a 4–4.5⭐️ read for me.

@Rubyskye

I loved this short and spicy read with some emotional depth.

🍋The chemistry between all the characters was so well written, like all of Ruby’s books.

🍋Lily- business owner, divorcee, finding herself and what she wants after a divorce. There is life after big life changes.

🍋Ren -honest, protective, acts of service, will do anything for her (dresses her). Loses control when it comes to Lily.

🍋Ruby writes spice like not many others i have read. Damn you are a queen!! 👸

🍋It was great to see Lily transformation through the book. From being negative with no self esteem to confident, sexy and loving her life. I love a strong FMC.

🍋I was captivated with this story from the beginning and read in one sitting.

Words that Linger:

🍋” I like knowing that when you sit at this desk tomorrow, it will be to the scent of our s e x ”.-Ren

🍋” This is the best fing dream I’ve ever had the pleasure of waking up to”. -Ren

🍋”I’ve had a drought so I’m ready to collect”. -Lily

🍋”I kissed a frog for far too long, but I finally got to my prince.” -Lily

🖤 an indecent proposal
🖤 sharing is caring (MF with sharing)
🖤 shy/ inexperienced FMC
🖤 protective men
🖤 divorced main characters
🖤 Alpha Male

I had a lot of fun with this one. It’s fast paced and easy to read. I kicked my feet and giggled a few times. And the spice? It’s definitely spicing 🥵.

It starts with our FMC Lily having a breakdown on her way to work about so many things, money problems one of them. Her neighbor at the warehouses sees her and wants to help her solve her money issues and offers her an indecent proposal. Things start to spin out of control but Lily gets so much more than she ever thought she would from one indecent proposal.

Our MMC and FMC:

Ren is sweet and possessive but also wants Lily to have everything she wants.

Lily really takes the reins on her life and becomes comfortable in her body and sexuality.

This is perfect if you want a quick spicy read that’s very unique. I loved all of the characters and will definitely be checking out more books by Ruby Skye.

This is my first delve into this authors work and while not blown away the book
was enjoyable and the characters relatable. Lily is a divorcee sharing custody of her kids but struggling to keep her business going. She is worried how she is going to pay her bills. Ren works in the same lot and has always admired Lily from afar but one morning he decides to speak to her and both their lives change. When Ren learns of her dilemma he offers an indecent proposal to
which Lily agrees. Starting off as a business arrangement things start to change then they realise there is more to their relationship than they thought.

When Ren’s friends hear of the arrangement they want in. Max and Liam add to the spice level and Jeff just warms your heart when she realises sex is not what he is after. Ren’s possessiveness comes out and his ‘punishments’ make Lily feel things she never knew she needed and loves the idea of three men wanting her.
Originally billed as a why choose romance this is not. Lily and Ren are our main
leads and Max and Liam are friends who add spice to the relationship once a month. The story is easy to follow and there is chemistry between our leads. I like the fact the characters in this are older and not all in their early twenties proving that everyone can have a fruitful sex life! There are plenty of spicy
scenes. I did enjoy this book and found myself adding her back catalogue to my TBR list.

ARC REVIEW

"Women in Warehouse 13"

by Ruby Skye

After previously reading the Secret Club, I almost expect anything from Ruby's dirty mind 🤭

And this book confirms just that: it starts innocent and tentative and pale and then the palette of colors just changes to deep red and it goes from there to: Lily🌶️+Ren🔥+Max🌶️+Liam🔥

Ruby writes about women who defy society rules which try to define their vision and their experiences with their own bodies.
And then she writes about their awakenings and their new free lives.

Thank you to the author and Love Notes PR for this ARC.

I suddenly feel like a rabbit walking into a wolf's trap.

I love the feeling of his eyes on me, devouring me without a single touch.

When our lips touch all time stands still.

That look in his eyes will stay with me forever. An endless look of hunger and desire.

His eyes are unapologetically devouring me.

"It will turn me on knowing that you're working next door bare for me."

She brings out the beast in me.

"I'm not sure Lily has any limits."

"Ren is gifting early birthday presents, you want to hear?"
"Lily?" he asks hopefully.
"Lily," confirms Max.

You did it again Ruby 🔥🥵

Ok where do I start? Look, have you ever wondered what would happen if your dirtiest daydreams actually came true? You know, the ones involving multiple men and so many orgasms?

Well, well well.....

Welcome to Women in Warehouse 13, where one indecent proposal turns a quiet Melbourne business park into a full-blown fantasy playground.

Lily’s 36 who is freshly divorced with a kid, broke and running on next to nothing. Then there’s Ren, the man with a plan that’s definitely not HR approved. What starts as a spicy little arrangement to help her pay rent quickly becomes something deeper, dirtier and dangerously addictive.

There are other men who you'll love other then Ren- Max, Jeff and Liam who absolutely worship the ground Lily walks on.

Ruby Skye delivers heat with heart. The chemistry is off the charts, the spice level is crazy and the emotional depth makes it all hit harder.

It’s cheeky, filthy and tender. Truly the perfect mix of pleasure and rediscovery.

Cracker of a book.

Thank you to Ruby Skye for the opportunity to read this short story ARC 🫶

This was a breath of pure smutty fresh air! 🌶🌶🌶 I loved it!

There's no slow burn, no beating around the bush (🫢), I was thrown straight into the smut-a-thon! 🥵

I loved how this all starts with an indecent proposal that genuinely comes from a place of care and support. Yes, at first I was a bit like whoa! Are you for real?! But I rolled with it and came away loving it.

Now, this book is all smut! But it does touch on the back stories of the main characters which although broke my heart, was necessary to give them a little more depth and Ruby wrote these in really well.

It was good to see a mid-thirties, real woman portrayed in this kind of story. I found myself living vicariously through Lily and rooting for her at every moment 🩷 She took control of her sexuality and it was great to see her blossom in confidence.

All the MMCs stole a little piece of my heart each. Their admiration and dedication towards Lily was just pure heart-warming and filth all at the same time! 🥵🤣

Thank you to Naughty Nook PR and the author for a copy of this book.

The Woman in Warehouse 13 by Ruby Skye is a bold, cheeky, and unapologetically spicy read. It’s the kind of book you start for the smut and end up finishing because you actually care about the characters. It’s fast-paced, incredibly steamy, and delivers exactly what it promises: an escape into fantasy with just enough emotional grounding to make it satisfying.

Lily is 36, newly divorced, and barely keeping her small business afloat when her neighbor Ren makes an indecent proposal that could solve both her financial and personal frustrations. What begins as a transactional arrangement quickly evolves into something deeper, and the result is both filthy and strangely comforting.

Ruby Skye nails that mix of fantasy and realism. Lily’s exhaustion and insecurities feel real, but so does her rediscovery of confidence and pleasure. The side characters, especially Max and Liam, add fun, warmth, and a sense of community that makes the story feel bigger than just its central relationship.

Women in Warehouse 13: A Workplace Indecent Proposal is a deliciously spicy and heart-warming romance that surprised me in all the best ways.

What begins as an unexpected proposal quickly becomes an emotional journey of discovery. Lily, navigating life after divorce and doing her best to hold everything together, finds herself drawn into a connection that is far more meaningful than she ever imagined. Ren’s offer opens the door to new possibilities, both in love and in self-acceptance.

This story balances heat and heart beautifully. Beyond the spice, it celebrates friendship, loyalty, and found family in a way that feels tender and real. I devoured this book in one sitting and adored every moment.

It is the perfect holiday read for anyone who enjoys a story that blends passion and genuine emotional depth.

I received this book as an ARC, and this review reflects my honest thoughts and feelings, shared voluntarily.

Thank you to the author for providing a ARC. This is not something I normally read, But I just wanted to give it a try just to see how I would like it.

This book is not my style at all. So I’m not rating it, I know that not every book is for everybody, and ME PERSONALLY this book was not for me and that’s okay. So just because I didn’t enjoy it, I’m not going to leave the author a bad review. That’s completely unfair to the author and to me not okay to do. Just because I didn’t enjoy your book doesn’t mean I’m going to leave bad reviews and talk badly about your book.. absolutely not! Not happening.

And if you like the tropes and enjoy it… go for it! I’m sure it will be something you enjoy.
I really thought the spice aspect was good ,spicy, and enjoyable with each MMC alone with FMC. I just didn’t like all of them with her at the exact same time.

I’ve got an indecent proposal for you.

I loved this book 🥰 the FMC, Lily, is 36 and divorced which I can relate to. Ruby’s writing showed the maturity I wanted from a 36 year old mother and she was a what you see, is what you get along character, with and sprinkle of ‘blood hell, I’ve had a 2 kids - am I sure I can do this? Of course I can’ vibe.

The MMC, Ren(can’t remember how old he was), was brooding, thoughtful and dominant AF which I was there for!

Throw in Liam with his Labrador puppy energy and Max with his protective streak a mile long and you’ve got yourself a prefect why choose. And why would you choose when Lily could have all 3 and she does!

I’m not one for angst (I’ve got enough in my actual life) so this was a prefect book to take me away to a plot that made me smile, laugh out loud and kept me turning the pages. I read this book in less than 24 hrs.

Thank you for writing it Ruby, I loved it x

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Women in Warehouse 13 by Ruby Skye is a fast-paced, fierce and empowering read!
From the first chapter, I was completely hooked. Ruby Skye has created a world that is gritty, real, and full of heart — and the female characters in this story? Absolutely phenomenal. They’re strong, flawed, determined and loyal in a way that felt incredibly authentic.
The pacing is tight, the dialogue is sharp, and the emotional stakes stay high right to the last page. I loved how the story highlights resilience, sisterhood, and what it truly means to have someone’s back when it counts.
This book is bold, raw, and impossible to put down. I devoured it in one sitting and I’m still thinking about it — the characters will stay with me for a long time.
If you’re looking for a story full of power, grit, and women who refuse to dim their light — this is it.
Highly, highly recommend! 💥📚

Slightly unhinged smut, so of course I had a great time

Is this a deeply intellectual book? Of course not! Did I have a great time? Fuck yes!
It was quick fun, and very dirty read, and honestly very insightful so what it might feel to start again your love life after 35, the rediscovery of herself Lily goes through is really fun to read.

Lily is recently divorced and has 50/50 custody of her kids, the downturn of her business she is scraping to pay her rent for her warehouse. After hearing of her stress and the new revelation that Lily is in fact single - Ren her warehouse neighbour gives her an offer of an indecent kind to help her make some extra cash.

This story was an easy read, I loved all the characters that came into Lily's life during this story and the fact that Lily learnt 2 things: that News travels fast and that you really don't know what is going on in peoples lives behind closed doors.

Warning: The story contains explicit content, including a variety of topics that may not be suitable for some readers. Recommended for 18+.

Loved this. Not quite as racy as Ruby's other stuff but it was spicy, sweet and fun. The way this author writes spice is thrilling - every delicious detail described, sultry and decadent. You never have to scratch your head, wondering whose limbs are where or how does that go there.

This is the first time I've seen Ruby write a dual character POV and I think she did it really well. Quite often I see the MMC POV used really sparingly, only touching on the MMC to hear them groaning through a sex scene or detail events the FMC was absent for. The balance here was spot on. We're definitely following Lily's story but we get a lovely big chunk of Ren too, so I could feel just as invested in his HEA as I was in hers.

ARC Review

Ruby’s writing is always such a spicy escape!

Lily, a divorced mother of two, is struggling to make ends meet due to a lack of orders. Which she fears may cause her to not have made enough for rent. Lily breaks down in her car before work, where Ren witnesses her distress after wanting to warn her about a potential dispute following an eviction notice.

Ren struggles to devise a plan to secure Lily's financial stability, ultimately leading him to make an indecent proposal to her.

Lily's life undergoes a significant changes, largely for the better, as she explores her sensuality and fantasies, forming new relationships along the way.

This book was a nice combo of smut and plot. Lilly needs some money, Ren needs to touch her, there’s an indecent proposal that quickly turns into feelings between the two. Add Max & Liam to the mix and well the rest is history.
This book is definitely an escapism into a fantasy about being desired and sexual liberation. I really liked the way all 3 men cared for her in a different way. My life is pretty vanilla so I’m not sure how realistic this book was but I’m not looking to be reminded of real life when I read so it was nice to escape into Lilly’s world for a while! Thank you to the author & LoveNotes PR for the opportunity to ARC read this one!

Thank you to Naughty Nook PR for my ARC of Women in Warehouse 13 by Ruby Skye!

I became a big fan of Ruby Skye when I read The Clarendon Playmates Kink Series, so I knew I had to jump on the chance of getting my hands on an ARC. I enjoyed that this was a bit different from her other books, but still had quintessential Ruby Skye throughout. We even got a hint of a mafia motif and I’m wondering if we will get a Mafia series from Skye at any point. I’d read it haha.

Women in Warehouse 13 is a short but steamy/kinky read. I would also recommend checking out the series I mentioned above if you haven’t already! This and the other books are available on KU now!

So this one's a bit weird. It is extremely smutty what starts as an indecent proposal to help her be able to pay rent. Quickly turns into them realizing that they want more than just that indecent proposal. What seems to be a blooming relationship between three men and her technically? Yes, it is that relationship. The author does say it is mmmf. I do not think that the author realizes when you put all the M's together like that. There is supposed to be male male content. This book doesn't actually have that it's mfmm none of the males are with each other in the book. There friends who develop a relationship with each other and even though It does start out as an unorthodox. I wouldn't say it is why choose like she thinks it is cuz technically she only has a relationship with one of the males out of three. So the fact the author is saying it's a why I choose it really. Isn't she really only winds up with one of them but they do have occasional four sums with the other two males. They're just not all in a relationship with her. It's kind of like a friends with benefits thing with the other two because it's a kink of theirs. So overall the book was great but I wouldn't say it what the tropes say they are because the author doesn't get all tropes right overall it's a great book but it's not a why choose as illustrated when I agreed to be a arc reader

When I saw this ARC offered by Love Notes PR (Thanks for the ARC!), I instantly was dying to read it. The premise was quite unique to me and I wanted to see how this story progressed.

Lily and Ren's love story was very well paced, and the additions of Liam and Max really enhanced the story.

I will say that I would have liked to continue to learn about Lily's economic situation throughout the novel and more about Ren's backstory. However, I truly enjoyed this dual POV novel and thought it was great.

It is also extremely spicy if that is what you are looking for!!!
