This was an interesting story, with so many twists and turns, it was a page-turner. I was continuously wondering about the 13th floor and what it might hold but the author keeps the details just abstract enough that the reader can add their own interpretations to what is actually happening.
I did enjoy the ideas of this book. I wish the author had added more dimension to each of the characters and their stories. I wondered if the two neighbors she met were really even there and what their main purpose was. Being a short story I believe the author could add quite a bit more detailed information without losing too much of the abstract, unknown that makes this story so remarkable. I wish we knew why some people were chosen and how they were chosen. I also wanted to know if and when she would be able to remember being the individual that kept returning.
The confusion in the story adds intrigue but also lends itself to the possibility of expanding the story in many different directions. It was a good story but it was a bit rushed, where more details could really improve readability.

it has potential.. but...
for me it had the unfortunate feel of being written by AI . I didn't get any feeling of dread or horror . the characters didn't seem to feel anything either .. felt very flat.

I do understand that it can be difficult to get good character and plot development in a short story even a novella.

it was interesting and I truly wish I had better things to say.

I think Raghu P is quickly becoming one of my favourite authors.

Floor thirteen is mysterious & suspenseful, tense with an ominous feeling to it. It might be a quick read but it knows how to grab hold of you and not let go. It’s a real page turner full of twist & turns.

So many twists and turns that it gives you whiplash. It's paranormal activity had me freaked out. The mystery behind the locked door is unpredictable and scary. The ending is the best part because it blew me away. It's the perfect book to get you in the mood for spooky season.

Floor Thirteen is the kind of book that grabs you from page one and refuses to let go. Raghu P has crafted a suspenseful, eerie story that perfectly blends psychological tension with a chilling mystery. The setting itself becomes a character – the ominous thirteenth floor – and I felt the creeping dread with every turn of the page.

I received an ARC copy and this is my honest review
