Marshall Murdock, self-proclaimed “king of the lifeguards,” believes he’s Kasper Bay’s last line of defense. Armed with swagger, bad metaphors, and the conviction that every woman wants him.
Marshall stumbles headfirst into the town’s darkest nightmare. After witnessing a brutal murder, he’s dragged into the hunt for not one, but two killers stalking the seaside the Bay Strangler, who preys on women, and a hulking slasher with a porcelain mask.
Marshall’s “heroics” quickly spiral into chaos, and his bravado keeps colliding with brutal reality. And the people around him start paying the price.
Now the bodies are piling up, and Kasper Bay’s beaches have more blood than sunscreen.
Brody Butcher her has done it again. Just like he always does. He draws you in and leaves you waiting. But let me tell you it worth the wait. Kasper Bay was great. Part #2 is even better, Marshall has a job to do, help find the killer, before he loses any more friends, and any more bodies wash up on the beach. Go read these. im telling ya. They are so good!!!
I love the way Brody has his metaphors in his book one of my favorites would have to be. I’m a sexual icon. Like the Marilyn Manroe of beaches. But then he has to call Dahmer ugly an Dahmer is one of my favorite serial killers.
Kasper Bay #2 is dark, bloody, and laugh-out-loud funny. Marshall Murdock’s overblown bravado collides with brutal reality as two killers stalk the beach. Sharp, witty, and twisted—Brody Butcher delivers a thriller that entertains as much as it chills!
Our beach king just wants to help clean up his patch of bloody sand. Yes I want to see a people's elbow delivered to Jaws who doesn't? It is too bad this short wearing Superman has put himself and his friends in a killer's sights.
