A great book on self-defense techniques. It would be better to include some pictures or links to videos. I think there are many great things to learn from this book. The most important and I liked is to program subconscious mind. Though this book is good enough but I would suggest to practice under guidance of a coach. However, reading and understanding of this book may save many victims of eve teasing.
Reminding people who think they can't protect themselves simply because they are small or a woman is probably the most help anyone can ever give. Everyone should give this book a read.
It never hurts to learn to defend yourself. This book has some good information. But like the author says, you have to have the frame of mind to "want" to use the force necessary to protect yourself. I'm afraid that there are too many passive people that cannot force themselves to react to violence with their own violence. That's when you get hurt.
