Thank you so much to Bloomsbury Children’s Books and Netgalley for the ebook to read and review.

Clare breaks things and causes problems wherever she goes, but she never says sorry for any of her mistakes. The people around her just want one simple word, but she has to cause even more problems before it gets heard, and she learns her lesson.

I loved the rhyming of the story it’s was so much fun to read. I like that it is teaching manners throughout showing all the bad things she was doing, the hurting, breaking stealing without a second thought. Then it shows her being better about it later, apologising and making it up to those she has harmed.

The illustrations were great fun to look at, seeing all her adventures, all the different characters, I especially loved the inside of the troll with all the various things trapped inside him, was so funny. I liked seeing her kindness deeds afterwards and what she did do to help those around her that she upset before.

A really wonderful book, so beautiful to read, stunning to look at and so amusing, with a great lesson on kindness, manners and not causing so much trouble for those around you.

A beautiful illustrated children’s story. This follows the little girl Clare who has a few ‘Oops’ moments. It helps to strengthen both manners and a positive attitude to help you grow from your mistakes. I read this book with my daughter and we both really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
