The Literary Quarterly is a journal with over 1000 contributions found in its pages since 1972. Exile draws material (literature, poetry, drama, work in translation, and the fine arts) from French and English Canada, as well as from the U.S., Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia. Volume 27, number 1 includes works by Svend Age Madsen, John Montague, Melissa Hardy, Colin Carberry, John Reeves, Shukry Ayyad, Jaime Sabines, Brandon Cronenberg, Michael Pacey, Mark Paterson, and Frank Westcott.
Barry Morley Joseph Callaghan is a Canadian author, poet and anthologist. He is currently the editor-in-chief of Exile Quarterly. He is the son of late Canadian novelist and short story writer, Morley Callaghan.
