I have mixed feelings about this....
I thought the first one was good but the contiuation of the miscommunicating trope and the FMC still refusing to believe the MMCs was very frustrating. I understand how she had trust issues from her past but damn... through 2 whole books and she's still not trusting them to protect her!? Seemed like the author is trying to make a trilogy out of a story that could have been a duet (just my opinion)
Also, don't know why this bothers me but there was waaayyy too many exclamation marks in the writing. Couldn't get through 3 pages without having about a minimum of 4-6, sometimes 3 in a single page. It made it seem like I was reading the POV of teenagers instead of adults.

I did not finish. This book was not professionally edited by a human being who would know that Central Park is capitalized. In fact, it was spelled "central park" in several places. Even my cheap spell check knows it is supposed to be capitalized. A professional editor would know that the subject of the sentence has to agree with the verb in number. Also, it is quite painfully obvious that the author has never set foot in Manhattan. Words are missing from sentences. If an author wants us to spend our money on an author's work, then the author owes us a professionally edited text.

Vampire's!!!! Oh my Goddess!!!!
Book 2 I have read this book in 2 days as I couldn't put it down. I've laughed, cried, and had naughty thoughts 🤣 I'm obviously obsessed with the brothers Victor and Talon because who wouldn't be? They treat Nessa like a precious treasure, their Goddess!! Now we have Vasilious!! Well!!! I don't have a hope in hell, do I? Nope!!! not a chance. 6'8" of hotness!!!! I can't wait for book 3!!!

Such an exciting book!
Vanessa has no clue what she has gotten herself into! Vampire twins or so she thinks, but there are (3)! Who will win! The twins Victor and Talon Erebus or the evil third brother Basil dios Erebus? Can't wait for next book to find out!

Hot story

Great smexy scenes and chemistry between characters. The number of times that Nessa makes super dumb decisions when there's obvious danger and red flags she just continues anyway lol but I do enjoy the 2 vamps' persistence in finding and getting her out of trouble constantly 😄
