This book was good, but in my opinion, not my favorite book on how to get into coaching. The information was very vague, it was super simple to follow along, and it gave me the right method and order of how to do things, but it didn't give me very much information on how to do those things. It gave me information and what to do, but it didn't give me the exact steps on how to do it. As a new coach, it is kind of difficult to understand this book, because the knowledge provided was extremely vague and I will have to do additional research outside of this book, because this book did not provide me everything I need to know. I believe the title is quite misleading, because it tells you exactly what to do, but in very vague terms, that will leave beginner coaches guessing for more answers. I was trying to craft some of the things he said to do, and it was confusing and I noticed myself having to look things up, because not everyone is going to be familiar with the tools and topics that are being discussed in this book. 3/5 star rating for me.

I love all of Jonathan Milligan's books. He gives you clear step-by-step implementatoins ou can follow, "The 90 Day Coach" is no exception. He provides coaching for coaches throughout every page. Jonathan consistently takes the complicated and gives you the AHA moments of simplicity that bring clarity and remove the overwhelm. He helps you remove the broad surface of the dartboard so you can narrow your focus and hit the mark that builds trust and transformation clients are looking for. The Audiobook is Great too

I grabbed a copy and then life got busy so I added the audiobook. Both products are awesome. This really is a step by step into starting a coaching setup. We'll written with actionable steps, you won't need another coaching book. The author narrates the audiobook and it's so well done. This guy has the street cred and voice to make the whole product shine!!
