Newly appointed Sheriff Colt Landry was appointed by the governor to Widow's Pass Wyoming- this includes an area within Yellowstone called Zone of Death- about 50 sq miles where there is no law, no consequences - a legal loophole for all things criminal.
Only a day into his tenure, a Park Ranger is found dead, assumed to have been mauled by wolves but actually murdered. An abrasive mayor doesn't help and another murder in the midst of a major snowstorm hampers the investigation. Colt and his deputy will have to venture into the Zone for the answers and no one will like them.
It comes to a violent conclusion but there still seems to be a loose end somewhere when the criminals are caught.

blood drift
I enjoyed reading this book very much. I love it when there’s plots in so many sub plots but you just can’t figure out the criminals in the first two chapters. I know I will be enjoying reading this whole series. Thank you again for writing. Such a wonderful story to read.

Good reading
I love animals, and feel MIGG did the correct thing with Kelly. She got what she deserved. She was truly evil. Looking forward to reading book 2. I think this will be another good series of reading.

Nice read.
Nicely done and well wrote. Never figured it out who was doing what. Colt is a quit man and doesn't let to !such show unless he wants you to. Great characters to like. Thank you for a good read looking forward for a lot more.
