A well-written, technically correct textbook that takes a practical approach to financial management, this text develops a strong understanding of how funds are raised and allocated by today¿s businesses and the impacts of financial decisions on value creation.
Topics discussed in this book are intermediate to advanced level in financial management, and the good news is, this book summarize a huge amount of information and discussion in just one book. So I'd recommend it as a reference book as well as guide for the intermediate to advanced students and practitioners.
The first 6 chapters were very helpful, the laws, derivations and examples were very well explained and illustrated in graphs and numbers. The exercises are extensive and versatile.
I skipped some advanced chapters at the end of the book, because those chapters are beyond my scope of focus for the current time, but I sure am going to re-read the book after I have extended my knowledge and practical experience in financial management, in-sha'a Allah.
