Pathways© Pillars

A Venture consort must live by the Pillars of Pathways and individual Pillars of her owner.
Once your companion has walked the path with you successfully. She must learn the pillars of her role. These must become her very moral foundation. Every individual thought must naturally run through her pillars, before she makes any decisions or expresses any of her thoughts or feelings out loud.

Congratulations.

Pillar training marks an exciting new achievement and stage in your relationship with your forever woman. Training your ward up in the ways of your household will strengthen your bond and support long lasting contentment in your consort.
Positive and negative reinforcement, consistent conditioning, and rewards and punishment will be your strongest tools as your new consort learns that obedience is the only way to her lifelong contentment.

Gisele: Squeals! My sisters are with me again! I’m pampered and provided for. Honestly, I’m so happy with Dimitri. Obedience may be the path to ecstasy, but I will figure out how to have some sort of control here. I refuse to have no power at all.

Finn: She is mine. I would have never imagined that the perfect pet for me would be the sister of my new sister.

Kasha: Umm, no. These dummies really told their hot billionaire boyfriends to come get me! I am an alpha woman, and I take orders from NO ONE!

Note from the

This is book 2 in the Pathways series. I strongly suggest reading these books in order, as they build off each other. This is NOT meant to be a standalone.

Oh horror

This is one of the most horrific books I have ever read. But I cannot criticise the writer's imagination. She plummets the depth of the human psyche!! Yes there is romance and love but all the protagonists are deeply broken and damaged in a way that it would be difficult to return from! I cannot see a happy ending for anyone. Just reading and eavesdropping into their lives, no matter the wealth and decadence makes me feel tainted as well. So those of you are enjoy dark and I mean very dark romances with not morally grey but seriously "black" characters may find these two books entertaining.!! I like escapism romance but this was a step too far!! Please try it for yourself... Oh and these books and on a cliff hanger. I am in two minds whether to read the next book which is not out yet... I have to admit to being invested in the characters - especially Gisele and her Crew but I have to admit to liking members of the Squad so perhaps I am ignoring their psychotic behaviour which Gisele and her Crew do. But that is because the books are well-written!! Anyway find out for yourself with "Taken" and "Taken On" . I do applaud the writer!!

Wow

This book had me in the chokehold from start to finish. It really got even better than the first book and I love the first book. Seems thin actually have emotion was top tier the way he melts it for Kasha I love it. And the cliffhanger I literally screamed" out loud "You got to be fucking kidding me because how do you end the book like that.

Second book is a horror show I found myself tearing up and lowkey triggered by some of the antics of the mmcs. Check your triggers before reading this does lean on the darker side of dark romance and the MMCs are straight up pricks. This book has multiple POVs so you get to see the couple from book 1 progress in their relationship. My one issue in the book is how quick everyone gets with the programme (I guess Stockholm syndrome explains it) but I hate how after every traumatic thing these women just think with their Vag like there has to be a level to these Jedi mind tricks. I half expected Kash to be more level headed but she falls for the same trap and it’s disappointing I suspect there’ll be more from book 3 given how it’s ended but at this point I’m reading it hoping someone redeems themselves.

I’m probably being a bitch but Dimitry being European and going by Tre is sending me from what I know of Italian and Russian naming conventions that’s not a common nickname and even if he got it from Rod it’s a bit meh. Most Europeans tend to have their nicknames fixed in childhood and usually only lovers can give them new ones.

All in its action packed we learn more about the characters just a shame the sanity of these women is sacrificed Willy nilly throughout the book. I have high hopes for book 3 and I hope these women stop suffering

I think this book was meh. TBH it actually kinda pissed me off a bit because here I am thinking it’s going to be about at least 95% of Kasha and Finn’s story, but it’s more about Tre and Gisele. Very misleading.

Hate how Gisele is just this overly exaggerated goody two shoes. Like she was just this Angel among Angels. It gave that she was “always light up the room”type. Too soft, weak, and meager even when she has her moments of “defending herself”

I low key could not stand the excessive demeaning and belittling of the women but mostly the sexual acts that the squad would casually watch of each other and their women and then the whole family watching as one of the heirs is being intimidate with his girl or how they are all sitting at the table and one of the heirs immediately has his woman suck him off right there in front of the whole family. Like I like some things but this was too much and understand trying to drive the point home with how the most of Salvo men sees women but that was just too much. Like trying to drive that point home by having a grown almost 40year old man watch as his mother is ordered to suck his fathers dick in the middle of the garden while father and son tries to rekindle their relationship was unnecessary. I think im dropping this book to 2 stars it was 3 for generosity but the more i think about what i read the more it pisses me off low key

Only 12 pages in and I'm already cracking up about the interaction between Viv and Thad. Love it! Can't wait to see how things go between Finn and Kasha.

I love how Giselle is so real about her circumstances. I loved how it's addressed with Dimitri. Giselle acknowledges how she did not consent to being kidnapped, and therefore, everything after is coercion. This adds an appreciated layer of substance to the story.

Good Story (with editing it would have been great)

I like how quickly the squad adapted in every situation, they are amoebas after all. The crew were pleasantly surprised at how much each pet meant to them, I think. I just wish it had been edited better. All of the misspelled, incorrectly used and down right confusing words threw me off at times.

I have so many questions

I honestly don’t know what I’m feeling right now. This story line really hooked me in. If I could change some things I would but for the most part it’s a very different and enjoyable read. This world is crazy and confusing but the crew is together so they’ll be okay. Most definitely saw some love island vibes in here with the games but I loved it.

page turner

I enjoy Justinas writing style. I am invested. Each book carries itself into the next but doesn’t leave you lacking in interest. I am engaged from page one.
