I love books that answer practical questions. In this book, Trevor Laurence takes on the imprecatory psalms, seeking to understand them not through a modern lens but through a biblical lens. What story were these writers living in? How can I inhabit that story and truly understand these prayers for justice and righteousness? I can’t commend this approach enough.
