A good pickling guide

While it can not be an "ultimate" guide (with only 31 recipes), it is still a good guide to pickling standard fruits and vegetables. Many require hot water bath canning techniques. Recipes are easy to read and ingredients and directions clear. Included are recipes for peaches, ginger, watermelon rind, mushrooms, carrots, and hard boiled eggs as well as some most cooks will likely pass over -- bologna and pig's feet.
