Delilah Winter always had an unhealthy obsession with bad boys. It seemed like she attracted them along with a whole mess of trouble. It was no surprise when she fell in love with Jaime, a member of Santa Monica's most notorious biker gang the Devil's Bandits. I enjoyed this book but for all the wrong reasons. I enjoyed the sex and the BDSM elements of the story. However, those are the same things that distracted me from the story. It felt as those the BDSM elements distracted from the MC life. There was hardly any mention of the club and what they were about. I found it difficult to believe that everyone in the club would be accepting of Lilah and Odin. You don't mess with another brother's old lady. Where was the Prez? He is nowhere to be found.
I didn't like that the story flipped from mostly first person to third person on occasion. Why? It jarred me out of the story. There are also grammatical errors that made me pause.
Then finally I came into the story with expectations of a real dark and gritty romance. While the story is not sweet, it is far from dark. Maybe I have read some really dark stories so my expectations are higher.
This book is long and I really wanted to know more about Odin's past. What will happen with Lilah and Billy? What will become of Jaime? I think more could have been explained in a book that is over 400 pages.
I'm still intrigued enough to want to read the next book to see where this goes. I just hope the author condense some of the sex and get straight to the character's past and the next part of the story.

3.5 - 4 Stars!
I rounded up. There were things I loved and there were things I didn't love. I'm tough to please with MC books, and I don't usually like to accept arcs on the chance that I will give a harsh review. I took a chance on a brand new author delving into the MC world, hoping that she delivered. This wasn't as dark as like, but take into consideration what I read. This may be dark to you.
My Cast
What I liked surpassed what bothered me, it's the reason I went up on my rating. The author did a fantastic job of developing the characters in the beginning, a slow paced connection. If your looking for instant gratification you won't get it right out of the gate. I couldn't be more happy that I didn't have to roll my eyes at insta-love, you definitely won't get that in this book. Don't you worry you will get some steam, well a lot of steam.
Delilah is married to a member of the 'Devil's Bandits.' Jamie is abusive, addicted to drugs, and facing prison. Forcing Delilah to continue their work for the MC club hauling drugs across the country, but she has a new partner, Odin. Another member of the club, she's reluctant to work with another person. But Odin isn't anything like she imagined and an instant attraction insues. Odin gives her hope of a different yet more free way of life without abuse. But is what he offers darker than Delilah can handle? Everyone has warned Delilah about Odin. He's dangerous, a past that none of the MC members will talk about, and a need that can't be controlled. Delilah decides on Odin, leaving one MC member for another is dangerous, can this unconventional beginning have a good ending?
"I don’t know why, but I need control. I want nothing more than for you to submit to me and become my darkest fantasy yet. I can’t say it won’t hurt, but I can promise to make you love it."
The plot is intriguing, you definitely want to know what's to come. I didn't like some of the inner dialogue, it reminded me of another book I will not speak of. What I really wanted was more action, because there are a couple of scenes that had my adrenaline pumping, I wanted more of it. Odin had my panties wet, and I'm wondering how DARK his fantasies are, like I want it all. I also need to know what happened in detail in his past. There's so many interesting pieces of the puzzle that I can't wait for. The ending leaves is with the need to choke the author and pray that the unthinkable didn't happen. I'm not sure how many books there will be, but I will say I'm eager to read the next book. I'm giving a high-five to the author for taking on the MC genre.

5 crazy stars!!
Holy crap it's twisted, dark and did I mention twisted!?!? I love a good dark romance but this is everything rolled into one. You got dark, bdsm, suspense, and finally MC romance book for change :)
Delilah is married to Jaime who is an abusive cheating jerk who told her to smuggle drugs for him since he was recently release from jail. That is where our heroine meets with hero, Odin. Instant fatal attraction. Odin convince Lila to divorce Jaime and she ends up in Odin's bed and lets just say it's hot as hell!! Odin help Lila to live her life without fear.
Btw, cliffhanger!!
I can't wait to find out what will happen in the next book. Poor Odin and holy crap Lila

I'll be honest in not good with reviews because it hard to put my feeling into words. Lol. But I will try my best.
I enjoyed this book because of the dark aspect. Love that there's a twisted man that finds someone who enjoys his kink. Even if he has to push a little to have her enjoy it. I wish we knew more about what happened in his past and why he's as hardcore as he is. But I would so fall under Odin's whip just to be cherished and appreciated like Lila.
The one thing that I didn't like too much was that it reminded me too much of SoA. I would get into the story and forget about SoA until something very similar happens. Other than that I didn't have any other dislikes about the book in general.
I know there's a book 2 coming out and I ed hoping that this one didn't leave me wanting more.. Soooo wrong of me to think that. I want the next book now!!! Sigh...
I'm conclusion, if you like BDSM, broken characters that mend each other, kinky sex, and MC club then I recommend this book for you!! :-)

I really enjoyed this book and can't wait until the second book is released so I can see what is going to happen with the characters in this book. The characters in this book are very well developed. I like that there is still some mystery about Odin's past and also some about most of the other characters involved in this story. That bit of mystery is what has me "jonesing" for book 2. Ms. Johnson is doing an amazing job and feeding us the information piece by piece in just the right amounts to keep us nibbling at her hook. That, in my opinion, is the sign of a best selling author! Give us just enough to satisfy but not enough so we lose the hunger! This is a darker read than I usually read but it is very well written. It is how the story is written and what the author makes you feel that takes precedence over subject matter for me. Most of the subject matter in this story, I personally do not find it appealing to me but the way the author draws us in and allows us to feel so of what the character feels and goes through, that is what grabs me and sucks me in. And for me, Ms. Johnson is doing just that. I have a feeling that she could write just about anything under the sun and make me want to read it! And to think that this is her debut novel. My oh my, what we have to look forward too. Thank you it has been an honor to read your work! You truly have a God-given gift and thank you for sharing it. Great job!

Ever get to the end of a book, and keep flipping hoping there's more and there's not? Ya, that was how I was at the end of Caught in the Devil's Sheets. This book takes you on a ride, literally, with Lila while she struggles with her abusive, jerk of a husband, her love of the wild life, and a sexy new partner who might just turn her world upside down.
While parts of this book started to drag, it was worth the trip. I wish Odin was a little darker... just a personal preference. I also would have loved to read more of the Devil's Cut, but this a book for anyone who loves dirty sex, dirty bikers, and fun road trips. Great debut!!!

Hot, Hot, Hot
This book has a bit of everything. BDSM, hot bikers, hot sex, hot girls. The story is well told and there is plenty going on to keep you interested in a book as long as this one. The characters are all strong and there are some characters we haven't met yet but I am sure when we do, they will blow us away. Be prepared for the cliffhanger ending and hopefully the next one won't be too far away, I know I will be hanging out for it.

Just wow..intense! Im not even sure where to begin. The story was intense..drug running and rival gangs kept the action factor up the entire book! The writing was so descriptive i could picture every second. The characters were well developed, forcing u to believe u actually know them! The sex was hot and kinky, the romance was sweet and lovey, and the story was action packed, making it a mind blowing 5 star read! Loved it!

I was so hoping this was a stand alone, but now I have to wait to see what happens ... Do think that there should be "consent" for "fisting", just my But this story is just too good to let that stop me reading and being a fan. Outstanding character development that gripped my interest and kept me reading. I care about Lila, and Odin, and what happens to them, that makes this a winner in my book!

This was definitely not your typical MC.
Even though I enjoyed certain aspects of this book. I enjoyed the sex and the bdsm qualities of the book I did however have a hard time believing that the Mc would allow this female to go on any runs of any kind.
The storyline and the writing I thought were good, and I will read the next one just to find out what happens next.

If you are looking for some dark and twisted, this is your book. You have everything in this book. The sex scenes in this book are hotter than FSOG. The BSDM in this book will blow your mind. Yes, it is an MC club book. I would have like to see more about the club in the book but other than that, this was a really great read.
Odin is definitely pure alpha male in this book. His controlling tendencies are off the scale. The relationship between him and Delilah started out as friends. Delilah is married to Jamie, a member of the Devil's Cut MC gang. Odin is in the same club. Delilah and Odin are doing drug runs together and form a friendship and it blossoms from there .
Odin does like to use sex to get his point across but that is his nature. You do learn all about Delilah and her back story. You get some of Odin's story.

This book had me hooked. I'm a lush for a good romance, but this brought on so much more than some sappy love story. Everything about it is hot. It has you wanting to read more than just "one more chapter" if you know what I mean. Its an amazing story, and DEFINITELY a MUST READ book. ;)
