A quick wolfie read with a Halloween hunt!
Marnie is talked into going to an event by her best friend, being omega’s they are hoping to have a spicy night with the alpha’s. After a meet up party, they are all let out into a maze for the hunt. When they catch their omega the fun begins.
It was a short why choose story, taboo - step siblings, lots of spicy times. Maybe a tad predictable but no less enjoyable for a Halloween read.

Short & steamy! I would’ve loved how the family reacted & an epilogue but this was cute & left wanting more but not in a bad way. Totally could’ve been stretched into a full novel by going dark- but a good refresh.

Marnie only goes to the Halloween Hunt because her friend brow beat her into it. To say she's reluctant might be a small understatement. She's nervous and anxious and all sorts of other things. She absolutely doesn't expect to see her stepbrother there. Or to be so attracted to the two alphas who approached her at the pre-hunt party.
But she does and she is and now she's running through a maze trying to keep a step ahead of the pack following her.
A pack which has Cas at its head. And it turns out Cas didn't stay away all those years because he hated her. Although he tries to convince himself otherwise, he's VERY into Marnie and he thinks she'll be the perfect omega for his pack. Seeing as Jack and Damien agree, now they just have to convince Marnie (a) to give them a chance to worship her and (b) that this is WAY more than a hook-up. In fact, the three alphas very much want to make things permanent.
Which throws Marnie a little. But the guys are persistent and thorough and it isn't long before Marnie starts believing that maybe they could be a pack and she could have the three delicious alphas forever. GOOD STUFF!

A Very Knotty Halloween is an omegaverse novella told from all-pov following Marnie and her friend Sabrina (future book) as they attend the mysterious "Mr. Holiday's" halloween party. It's famous for allowing omegas and alphas to match outside of the expensive/official matching parties. Marnie is a very shy omega who isn't sold on this night of fun but then she meets her scent matched pack and things move very quickly.
The story focuses mainly on the spicy scenes in the latter half of the book. I like the idea of the whole party and was drawn in really quickly. I did think there was a bit too much internal dialogue rehashing the same thing multiple times, but other than that it was a super cute, fun halloween read!

Love it!
What a wild little ride! This was definitely a quick and spicy read. The perfect pick me up and just long or short enough to satisfy your cravings. I loved Marnie (cracks me up when I remember the name from Halloweentown), she was sweet, unassuming, and really wasn't expecting much from her night. The guys were great! Damien and Jack were oh so hot from the first encounter. Cas was determined to do the "brotherly" thing until he wasn't! Overall I would highly recommend if you're looking for a short and spicy morsel. It definitely doesn't hurt that it's Halloween themed!

I was excited to pick up the first book centered around the fall season! This one is a quick read, kind of predictable but that's okay. If you're looking for a little bit of taboo (step-brother) and some spice, with some MM, then you'll enjoy this read.
Marnie goes with a friend to a Halloween Hunt where the omegas mingle with the alphas for a bit, then are chased in a maze. Once caught, they spend a fun evening with them (all done safely, of course). She didn't realize her step-brother would be there though. Oops!

It wasn't a complete waste of time it had a good storyline, it was the introduction, of the Man on Man action that ruined it for me, I don't read reverse harem books, to read about dudes loving on each other, pretty much defeats the purpose of a reverse harem. (in my opinion) I gave the book a one star review, simply cause There was no warning in the intro, blurb, summary, preface, or whatever you want to call it, Other than that it was an ok read, if MM action is your jam I believe you will enjoy it.

A fun SPICY “Knotty” novella was just what my morning needed!
As someone still very new to omegaverse and knotting and purring lol, I found this one easy to follow and enjoyable. It isn’t heavy on anything except the amount of D!🤭

Plot? We have no plot here. Just kidding there is a plot but also a tonne of spice. A cute Halloween inspired omegaverse, with second chance, and instant obsession. Lots of things left in the open for further expansion with side characters. The plot thsts there is solid but the spice is just *chefs kiss*

I wanted more!
Oh I cannot wait to hear more about the mysterious Mr. Holiday and his interactions with Sabrina. I was hoping for a cute epilogue for Marnie and her men and maybe their folks. Great short RH OV with MM with a taboo twist! Multiple POVs that only added to the fun. Just what I wanted to read on Halloween night!

Quick, cute, you know what you're getting from the start
Omegaverse books are always such an easy read, you know exactly what you're getting (most of the time). I will admit I was rather surprised when I got to the end and found out that Candie is the omegaverse pen name of Candace Wondrak. I read and loved her badss female serial unaliver years ago so how fun is that.

I'm so tired of being invested in a book and liking it very much, but then the author has to ruin it by making the fmc the most downright insecure person on this earth that also somehow manages to make three men obsessed with her???

Wow!!
This was such a spicy, taboo, why choose/poly novella!! It had a great plot line and I was so invested in how things worked out!! The inclusion of MM with the MMMF was done so well.

Plot was good but some things/info were unnecessarily repeated. Smut scenes were great & detailed tho. A good alpha/omega read for a beginner. The MM scenes were my favorite ❤️
