When Sophia Turner comes home from college for the summer, she has no idea her stalker is planning to kidnap her – and worse. But she escapes with the clothes on her back and nothing more, searching for safety and somewhere to stay.

Connor Kendall is looking forward to a quiet summer running his bed and breakfast, but when a barefoot Sophia turns up looking scared and with no bags, he takes her in despite concern she may have brought trouble with her. She’s hiding something, he’s sure, and yet he vows that nothing will harm her as long as she’s staying with him, but the promise might be harder to keep than he’d ever imagined.

Randi Everheart is an avid author of romance, due in no small part to being a diehard romantic. After all, Randi once wrote a song for the object of a crush and penned a fifty page love letter for another! The same spirit now flows into these stories – hopefully to win your heart!

Randi has a Bachelors of Music in classical guitar but has always been more of a rocker, having released several albums under another name. Tendonitis in both arms ended career plans in music, leading to a new career as a software developer. Today Randi co-owns a software consulting firm and lives in the Maryland suburbs north of D.C., is married, and loves spending time with son Ryan when not writing, playing guitar or golf, or writing smut.

I saw this book going around on my Twitter feed. It sounded interesting but in a cheesy way. I love cheese though so this book was awesome for me. I haven't read book 1 but after this book I am definitely going to keep up with this series.

The series is based on one Family, the Kendall's and all 6 siblings finding love. This book was about Connor and Sophia. Sophia has this crazy stalker psychopath after her and runs into Connor on accident seeking his help. The couple was cute. Yes, it was love at first sight but it's expected for this type of book. Either way I loved it! It has action, drama and was funny. I really laughed throughout the book. The book is short but entertaining and I can't wait to see how this series turns out.

Kendall Family is back again with another brother in love. But just like the first one, this love is also tough to get. Randi Everheart had me captured with Tristan. With such an engrossing story, when it came to an end, the curiosity to read the next in the series was too much to handle. So when Connor came out, I was on the book like cat on milk. And it definitely made me happy.

Connor is 4th in the 5 sibling family of Kendall. But love seems to be targeting in descending order for them. Soon after the youngest got hitched, it is Connor’s turn to find true love. But with Sophia, true love comes with a price – a deadly stalker-ish price. There are some points in the story where I felt the concept of true love is taken literally and very much like a fairy tale. But that gave a very uber-romantic ambiance to the story.

Connor is very much like any olden fairy tale minus the frills and royal kingdom. That gives a very lovable feel to the entire story. It is very easy to imagine the flow of the story as it goes and the feel-good factor at the end is just another amazing thing about it. With the novels of today which gives a hard-hitting reality, stories like Connor helps you believe that knight-in-shining-armor do exist and true love, although hard to find, is definitely there.

Waiting for Riley to get shot by Cupid’s arrow now :)

Randi Everheart took the Kendall Family series to the next level with Connor. Sweet, diligent with a splash suspense that both thrilled and shocked me. The way Ms. Everheart blends these qualities together, tells me why she is one of my top favorite authors.

Connor after the first initial shock of this hero, he had me melting at his feet. His has charm, charisma and his love for life is why I could not help but be engross in his story. Being one of the Kendall siblings he works the Bed & Breakfast enjoying his own brand of peace that was up until Connor got a glimpse of his latest guest.

Sophia is sweet with a bit innocence when it comes to life. I enjoyed watching her character grow into someone who could handle anything or anyone. Ms. Everheart knows how to up the ante when she gives Sophia her very own stalker/psycho. The question is will Seth her stalker get what he wants?

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review as an independent reviewer for Paranormal Romance and Authors that Rock.

Sophia Turner is home from college. A little nervous being in the house alone. After that whole stalker thing with Seth in high school. It was the reason she went away to college instead of staying local. Hearing noises in the house she goes to look and finds the cat had knocked over a glass bowl. Letting her guard down she is attacked by three people. Fighting back she escapes, manages to get her car and drive away. With only the clothes on her back and no shoes. She ends up at Sugarloaf Inn. Owned by the Kendall family and operated by Connor Kendall. Seth has been waiting for the women of his dreams. He is ready to settle down. When Sophia arrives, scared and afraid. His protective instincts kick in and he is determined to help and maybe keep Sophia in the progress.

Sophia is a little on the innocent side. But meeting Connor, there is a mutual attraction at first sight. Sophia loves the whole big family and feels right at home. Connor is a sweetheart. Determined to do anything he can to keep Sophia safe and by his side. Quite a bit of action, suspense and some smoking hot sex scenes. The tension slowly builds with Seth the two he has helping. The story does take some twists that you don't really see coming but wraps up nicely.

"Connor" is the story of Sophia and Connor. Sophia, a college student home on break, is reintroduced to her high school stalker. Not the run, she ends up at Connor's Inn. I really, really liked Connor - he's the ultimate good guy! He's tender and gentle and kind, yet there's that part of him that is super protective over those he loves. Sophia is a bit naive, being so young but I liked her - she's sweet. The two of them together were really cute. There is a ton of sex in this book - now, I enjoy the steamy sex scenes in a story but I felt this was a bit much - it took away from the story a bit. Overall, this is a good story that has suspense and drama and romance and love. I was hoping for a bit more, I suppose. I would have liked to have seen more of the characters growing together, just not always in the bedroom. This is my first read by this author and I will certainly check out other stories by her - especially the Kendall family series. (received copy for honest review)

Sophia is on the run from her stalker who has been after her since high school. She ends up at Connor's family inn and falls head over heels for him. Connor is sweet and sexy and wants a future with Sophia. This is definitely and insta-love story which I absolutely loved. They knew there was more to what they had together than just chemistry. Their hearts were in it from the very first moment. The rest was them getting to know each other which was wonderful to read as Connor shared her with his family and they embraced her immediately. It really was like his dream came true when she walked into his life. Now they just had to deal with that stalker and his crazy sidekicks. I really loved their story.

I give Connor 4 hearts!

I have never read anything by this author. I found it engaging all the way through. The heroine was strong when needed and sensitive to others. Connor was looking for love when it fell in his lap. I didn't want to put it down.It showed how peer pressure can mold you in later years, if you let it .I was provided with a free copy of this book so I could give an honest review. Can't wait to read the others in this series if they are as great as this one is

Once I realized the author didn't use correct point of view I should have stopped reading, but unfinished books bother me. The H and h met and fell in love in less than 12 hours. After 36 hours, they were talking marriage and kids. It was just way too fast. I didn't buy the H pining for the love of his life when they barely knew each other. The climax seemed to focus on everyone but the H and h and the villain became more like a cartoon character. This one wasn't for me.

I felt that this book was more sex than story. If the book was longer they could have explored the characters more. The sex scenes seemed gratuitous. I like more of a story.
