It was a quick read of the what went into Van Halen's 1984 when they reached their pentacle commercially and then were changed for ever. It would have been nice if there was a few more direct sources. Seems like most of the book is compiled from second-hand articles. But it's put together nicely. But I think the author should have done some better factchecking. He states that Top Jimmy was an unreleased track that was later used on A Different Kind of Truth when in fact it was released on 1984, but if you're a Van Halen fan you'll enjoy.

Its ok

It is what the title says it is, the problem with it is that its nothing more than old facts recycled from interviews. Its written OK but isn't what I was hoping for.
