Cobra did not go down fighting as hard as I believed he would have given what happened to cause his celibacy! Allison Desiree Sharpe is the exact reason he didn't struggle too hard against falling in love. I love the overall decency of the Masters' men from the brothers four now to the beloved triplets known as Masters of the Game. I love how Mrs. Jackson depicts the love flowing from the parents and grandparents to these Masters offspring and how it shapes how each of them recognize and accept love when it enters their lives. I enjoyed this love journey between Cobra and Desiree and hope Straw and Tomb gets their own books too. Thank you Mrs. Jackson for another really great read.
This is Cobra’s story, he is the youngest of the Master’s triplets. He is a womanizer and thoroughly enjoys his lifestyle. When he is almost caught in a baby trap he decides to be celibate. He has a bet with his brothers that he go a year without a woman. Then he meets Desiree, the granddaughter of his client. In the beginning they didn’t like each other or trust each other’s motives. Along the way they spent time together and got to know each other and discovered there was an attraction. They fell in love and got their HEA. Great epilogue.
Another Great read by Mrs. Jackson. I liked the character development and how she dealt with the reality of entrapment with the one night stands. It happens so much more than we know. Since a lot of men are embarrassed they don’t speak up… the meddling secretary was also a good one.. all of those years of pain caused by one person… proves to show communication is so important. This was a great story and very relevant
The last triplet has been mastered. Cobra took on a bet that he could be celibate for a year. After an unforgettable experience, Cobra thought the bet would be easy to win. That is until he met his mentor's grand daughter, Desiree, and everything changed. The bickering between the two was entertaining. The two other underlying characters had their romance summed up quickly,. There is laughter, romance, hot sex scenes and the predictable ending. It is a quick read and worth the time.
Brenda Jackson has done it again. Cobra and Allison both had wake up calls and how important communication is with each other and family. I could not put it down. Mrs. Jackson never disappoints n her books. A must read with this book and all her books. Can't wait for the next one.
The last of the Masters’ triplets finally tie the knot. In this well written finale of the Masters of the Game series, we get to see a different side of Cobra. After almost losing everything because of a conniving woman, he swears off women. But nothing prepared him for the hurricane that entered his life by the name of Desiree. Great read.
Ms. Jackson you never disappoint. The incident that caused Cobra to change his ways was crazy but he came out on top. Love heals misunderstandings and assumptions.
I do not not usually take the time to write a review but I have to say, I am a number one fan of Brenda Jackson! I love everything she writes and wait with anticipation for her next book.
Ms. Brenda, you did it again, how do you keep coming up with such difficult but wonderful characters that I can't wait to get to know and cheer them on. Much love and keep them coming lol.
What is your reaction meeting someone for the first time, whom you already dislike. Cobra and Desiree miss conception of each other was also the key to understanding mistakes, and learning you can't judge a book by the cover.
Great read, I enjoyed the characters and storyline. Cobra a die hard bachelor that met his match in Desiree. Their chemistry was undeniable. But they had some preconceived notions to overcome on their journey to love and forever happiness.
What a Cobra wants a Cobra gets and warned Desire Sharpe . and they lived happily ever after. She got the family she always wanted and learned that her grandfather had always loved her.
Imagine if Cobra did not have video footage of the date rape drug and the hole punching. It is hard to believe people are so desperate and crazy. Loved how he swept Desiree off her feet and had her talk through her issues with him and her grandfather.
Another Masters Man taken off the market off the market...
I love how their love story played out. Cobra and Desiree were made for each other. They brought out the best in each other. The ice skating was a nice touch.
Ms Jackson you really outdid yourself. I fall in love with every book you write. You keep writing and I'll keep purchasing your book. Thank you so much for not keeping my waiting. Be Bless
