This book is so good and I do recommend it to know some useful tactics and tips to increase your chance to persuade and get YES, it goes through several perspectives and ideas to help you understand your target and how to persuade him/her. The book also shares some useful psychological factors and issues, some business management ideas, and actions to do or to don't. I would say this book deserves a read and you can learn several things in addition to some persuasion strategies.

This book is an excellent read. If you need to be a good leader or manager, you need to be good at your persuasion skills to get work done by others. Personally also, we need a lot of persuasion to convince others. This book teaches you some really good techniques and offers practical tips with examples. Overall, an extremely useful read.
