Code of Silence: The Stonewalling of Mr. Schneider’s Complaints by FRB Judicial Agents

Rate this book
FEDERAL CASE 25-CV-2181 - - All six (6) Defendants are guilty/liable for having knowingly and intentionally participated in multiple RICO predicate acts, which resulted in two different types of compensation owed to the Plaintiff. These are 1) REGULAR straight economic; with punitive; and non-economic for personal injuries, OR just TRIPLE remedial economic for racketeering. Under the RICO Act, you CANNOT collect both types of compensation (RICO & personal injuries) on the same set of injuries/counts. Since RICO predicate acts are deliberate intentional torts, which cause physical, monetary and emotional injuries, the Plaintiff chooses to collect on the former, not the later, amounting to intentional/culpable tort negligence (personal injury) committed on him and his wife in this matter, as stated on the civil cover sheet submitted with this complaint. His choice!
