Fall in love with this cozy sapphic romance...

Warm tea, whispered truths, and the possibility of love waiting by the shore…
Rowan came to Windward Cove with nothing but her grandmother’s ledger, a battered brass canister, and the dream of a quiet life. She wants her new tea shop to be more than just a place to sip a warm cup—it should be somewhere people can belong. But the blends she brews have a strange habit of coaxing out secrets, confessions, and truths people never meant to share.
Cass Trevelyan, a guarded sailor with sun-streaked hair and storm-colored eyes, isn’t looking for magic—or romance. Yet she finds herself drawn back to Rowan’s shop, where every cup tastes like something she didn’t know she was missing.
As Rowan settles into her new community—with a sharp-tongued baker, a knitting elder, and a gull who thinks it deserves a scone—she realizes the tea shop is becoming more than a business. It’s a place where honesty flows as easily as steam, and where love might steep if given enough time.
Tea Leaves & Truth Spells is a tender, heartwarming sapphic romance perfect for fans of cozy seaside settings, small-town charm, and slow-burn love stories that feel like wrapping your hands around a warm mug.

This book is filled with a lot of description of places, feelings and plenty of tea that you can almost feel what they’re describing. The writing is very descriptive on the teashop and the events around it but personally felt like it was lacking much physical description of or dialogue with the main character, especially to be considered a ‘romance’.

All in all it was more of a cosy fiction tale of opening a teashop and finding your feet.

Every author deserves credit for their time, effort, and creative energy. All of that being said... this book was a DNF for me. As short in length as it is, I couldn't force myself to finish ready this.
