Three rival Alphas. One stranded Omega. No corporate policy for this kind of merger.
Eliot “Elle” Park has perfected the art of surviving in an Alpha-dominated corporate world—stay early, stay polished, and never let her heat get in the way of business. But when a last-minute travel mix-up strands her in a luxury villa with her demanding Alpha boss and two cutthroat rivals from competing companies, all her careful rules start to unravel.
Her heat suppressants? Stuck in customs. Her new reality? Three very different Alphas circling like it’s their next hostile takeover.
With tensions running high and boundaries blurring fast, Elle is about to discover that sometimes the best way to manage heat… is to stop managing it altogether.
Perfect for fans of steamy workplace rom-coms, Why Choose/MFMM romance, and the competitive rivalry of omegaverse pack dynamics.
This was such a good read, I loved the way the guys all came together to make things better for Elle, they managed to work together seamlessly! Also loved that they still treated her with professional respect, after her heat, and the way they all decided to be together after the crisis.

Spicy, Sweet, Fun with a heart-breaking take charge heroine and swoony heroes.
First off, if you read for the heroines like I do, please pick up an Evangeline Priest book. There aren't enough words to describe how much I loved Elle. She was smart, ambitious, cool and calculating and terrific under pressure. She refuses to let her omega hormones/pheromones lead the charge when it comes to her life but you can see how she struggles with it - and she has to work 2/3x as hard as any guy to get her where she is today. And in today's work climate, I find that extremely realistic and honest.
Things come to a head pretty early on in the book when there's a flight mix up and Elle and 3 alphas (including her boss, Adrian) are on the only flight available to their destination at a business summit.
The tension is crisp between the alphas and Elle and this is reflected in the subsequent dialogue and actions between the characters. They all are circling Elle to her irritation, but the omega part of her doesn't necessarily hate the scrutiny and you can see how the back and forth plays out in the book.
Adrian is written as her boss, controlling, cold and strategic. There's Caleb, the more brash and bold and flirtatious alpha, and Miles - the quieter, kind alpha who doesn't miss anything about Elle.
Things get even more tense as they're forced to land early and have only accomodations that can fit all of them into 1 suite with 3 bedrooms and an extra couch. Because this is an omegaverse novel and the story needs to escalate, Elle of course, runs out of her medication/supressants which means her scent will be advertised in all forms to the nearby alphas.
I cannot emphasize enough how balanced the tension was between Elle and Adrian, Caleb, and Miles. She hates that she's at the mercy of her body and the alphas cannot help but react in her presence.
If I had one slight critique, its that I did think that after the spicy heat, there isn't any focus on the aftermath of forming the pack. You go straight to the epilogue pretty much.
The build up to the heat is phenomenal - 5 stars all the way. But since the book does run shorter, after the heat, there's practically no interaction with all of them together except in the epilogue and that left me a little disappointed.
That being said, I will read whatever omegaverse stories this author decides to write in the future because the story and characters kept me engrossed all throughout the book.
Managing her Heat by Evangeline Priest is Book 1 in Corporate Heat Management Series. This is an omegaverse: 3 Alphas and 1 Omega in a very detailed Tech Corporate World. Elle, the Omega is the highly efficient Assistant to Adrian; Caleb and Miles are his work competitors. TWs are listed. Evangeline goes into minute detail the daily struggles that Elle deals with being an Omega in an Alpha dominated world, Omega and Alpha Biology. It all comes to a screeching halt when the plane they are all on - does an emergency landing on an island due a tropical storm.
There is a lot of explaining on how the 3 Alphas are all very different... then start to compliment each other in caring for Elle during her heat.
🚨 It is not until 74% into the book does any type of small ṣpïcẹ happens... Adrian gets into bed with Elle and touches her to calm her. I admit I was wanting a lot more ṣpïcẹ earlier on! There are some ṣpïcƴ scenes between the four of them... some are *live* and some disappointingly are told as memories.
It has a HEA and a 1 year future epilogue. I definitely would have liked more world building chapters of the pack after they all got together. The majority of the story is how they all came together to help Elle. Maybe a second book of Elle, Adrian, Caleb & Miles will happen? 🤞🏿🤞🏾🤞🏽🤞🏼🤞🏻
It's true it really is a man's world or in this case and Alphas world and Elle not only thrives in it but manages to keep her highly demanding boss happy he's broody and picky and Elle can't wait for the day when she can stop being Adrian's PA but first she just needs to get threw this business flight with there biggest rivals Caleb and Miles and being thousands of feet in the air with these three is literaly pushing Omega Elle to her heat suppressant limit then the storm started now there trapped in and island and customs has confiscated her heat medication and Elle is about to go threw withdrawal and have one major Omega Heat for a women who prides herself on propriety always maintaining a careful distance from Alphas never letting them scent her get close to her in the corporate wold she now has three antagonistic Alphas trying to get her attention her possessive boss Aiden flirty carefree Caleb and controled ever watchful Miles how can she choose when her very DNA says she wants all 3 of them can she have all the heat and happiness with 3 men who couldn't be in a room together until her well when it comes to her these Alphas will do anything and Elle is finding some rules can and should be broken. I was allowed to read and advance copy of this book and this is my honest review.
El is an omega and highly talented EA to Adrian, control freak but gorgeous and brooding alpha hiding a soft spot for his assistant. A double booked charter jet has them traveling to a big tech conference with Adrian’s biggest business rivals, Caleb, charming and roguish but clever and caring underneath, and Miles, serious and ultra observant, seems to know what everyone needs before they even do. A freak storm interrupts their trip, and El finds herself stranded in a villa with three gorgeous alphas and her suppressor meds held up in customs. El’s vulnerability and struggle brings the protective and caring nature out in the three alphas, as well as a surprising tenderness, as they learn to work together to face the unexpected challenge, and realise that maybe sharing is the perfect solution! If you’re looking for a short, steamy read, you’re in the right place. This was fast paced, well written, there was good detail to the characters despite the shorter length, and it had the perfect balance of build up and then heat.

Elle and her boss Adrian are travelling when they find that there’s been an error, and they’re forced to travel with his rivals Caleb and Miles.
Cue one topical storm, an overbooked resort, and a customs issue, and the story is set. Elle is going into heat, rooming with three alphas, and she has no suppressants or blockers…
The alpha posturing had me giggling. The antics of Adrian, Caleb and Miles were hilarious, between fighting to get to a luggage cabin and fixing a leaking tap, they’re out of their element and puffing their chests! They all have their own quirks, but Miles’ caring, Adrian’s protectiveness and Caleb’s open want are obvious and entertaining.
I loved the dynamic in this story. Yes, there are a few spicy moments, but the majority of the story was spent building the foundation. The ending wasn’t truly a HEA in the traditional sense, but it definitely works for them My first Eva Priest story, and I’m glad I accepted the opportunity to review. Certainly, it won’t be my last.
4.25 stars. This story is quadruple POV, well written, and a sweet and steamy, rivals to cooperative males, reverse harem, omegaverse, office romance between Elle, the female omega personal assistant lead, her boss, Adrian, one male alpha lead, and two of his corporate rivals, alphas Caleb and Miles. I empathised with Elle’s stress and frustration over her situation. I enjoyed seeing the males move from rivalry to cooperation. I enjoyed Elle’s confidence and certainty around her choices. I enjoyed the balance between Adrian’s organisation, Caleb’s relaxed charm, and Miles’ precision, and the way Elle enjoyed their varying attributes. I enjoyed the consent management and the spicy intimate scenes. I enjoyed that intimacy led to greater cooperation and balance, and I enjoyed the happy ending.
I received a complimentary copy from the author and this is my voluntary honest review.
“What’s the plan, Cole?” he asks, actually serious for once. “When her heat hits fully. What then?” “That’s her decision,” I say firmly. “Not ours.” “Noble,” Caleb observes, not sounding convinced. “But practical? Three Alphas, one Omega in heat, a tropical storm keeping us trapped together? That’s a powder keg with a very short fuse.” “We’re not animals,” I hiss, keeping my voice low so Elle won’t overhear from the other room. “We can control ourselves.”
I enjoyed this book. Good world building and wonderful characters. I loved Elle and the guys Adrian, Caleb, and Miles. Elle was a smart, driven, and hardworking omega holding her own in an alpha's world. But throw in some forced proximity and lack of suppressants, and things quickly heat up. Miles was my favorite of the three alphas, and I liked how things developed between them all. 4 stars
Elle is such an amazing and strong leader character! Elle takes no crap and is a very capable Omega. You follow Elle's journey in learning that just because she is a strong independent Omega. It doesn't mean that she can't access help from trustworthy Alphas.
I always enjoy a book where the male characters cannot for the life of them get along but then they magically find a way to make it work perfectly for the female character. This happens perfectly with Miles, Adrian and Caleb. They are business rivals and all come together to love Elle.
I loved the evolution of the relationship between everyone and I ended the book with warm fuzzy feelings. Would recommend for anyone who loves a happy and sweet Omegaverse book.
So very cute! This is a new author for me and bi have to say i want disapproved. I loved the book from start to finish. No OWD, no crazy breaking up, just happy spicey fun And not even R rated spice this was share with your mama and auntie. ( maybe 🤣🤣)
Elle is a sassy no nonsense sorry of o m ega in an alpha world and she keeps a tight reign on her reaction least till 3 alphas a plane ride and a massive storm sends them all into a small island .
I loved Adrian, Caleb and mi l especially, all 3 were interesting but Mile's, with the quiet brooding probably my favorite
Biggest problem I had was small plot things but, as it was an arc reader, im sure it will be corrected. Definitely will be an author to watch!
Strong and independent omega and the alphas strong enough to handle it....
Strong and independent omega and the alphas strong enough to handle it....I enjoyed this story. The 4 alphas all have unique personalities and they are easy to tell apart. The omega has always kept control around alphas and is strong and independent. I love how this story flowed, it didnt feel rushed and details wee there. The chemistry is there from the start and I liked seeing everything work out and come together. This read held my attention from start to finish. Good read!
A badass FMC who is SO relatable as someone who also works in a male dominated field, and having to work twice as hard for the recognition…it’s heartbreaking. Three alphas with different personality quirks and strengths. A nightmare scenario…which ends up working out perfectly. This one is sweet, it has heart, and I enjoyed the character developments and the tenderness and the bits of humor sprinkled in.
I received an advanced reader copy for free and am leaving a review voluntarily.
This was a fun workplace romance that brings Assistant Elle, her boss Adrian, and his two competitors, Caleb and Miles, together. With mishaps and customs 'issues' Elle's heat comes on and the three alphas are suddenly all working together to help her. The alphas' antics often had me giggling yet they were so protective and caring of her. I enjoyed this well written and well paced romance and look forward to the next book :D
Blook 1 of the Corporate Heat Management series and it starts things off hawt and steamy.
The plot was intriguing, exciting and deliciously steamy. World building was excellent and impressive. The characters were so very appealing and complex and complicated and perfect together. Cannot wait for more from this series. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.
Grab a copy, kick back and enjoy!.

Goddamn, this was so good. I rarely rate omegaverses 5 stars but this literally broke the scale. Elle is an amazing, strong and relatable FMC, who had Adrian, Caleb and Miles wrapped around Elle's little finger- AS SHE SHOULD😌🤏. The love that blossomed between them was so real and pure🥹 my babiesss And the spice damnnnn 🥵 My fav MMC is definitely Caleb, although Adrian and Miles are a close second
Corporate Dynamics Elle is regimented and relentless in maintaining her control in the office. Contenting with Alphas as an Omega in the workplace demands her rigid control. But when she’s stuck on a tropical island with three Alphas (Adrian, Caleb and Miles) failing blockers and no suppressants, she knows she’s in trouble. I enjoyed this story - it will resonate with women in male dominated work places (well, the first half will). An interesting read.
if you love a work place romance, accidental heat, rivals, and HEA this a great book. Caleb, Miles, and Adrian are work rivals but when it comes to helping out Elle they work together. I enjoyed seeing how they all came together at the end. I hope to see their relationship in other books in the series.
I really enjoyed this book I’m always a sucker for a why choose and a sucker for omegaverse so put them together I jumping for joy I really liked the story line and and how you could just see the different characters and how worked all together with character growth all in all I thought it was an amazing book!
So much repetitive inner dialogue and not much actual action. It was a lot of tell and not so much show. Many many inconsistencies, as well as the timeline seeming skewed. Scents/flavors that change throughout the book. Withholding three little words for over a year, even after they’ve moved in together? Definitely not your typical omegaverse.
Love that the trigger warning list is done as a memo from HR - that's so clever and fun. This was a good read, and the guys are a unique bunch. They all respect Elle as a professional despite her biology, and all bring their own brand of care to the table. The spreadsheet killed me! Enjoyable, spicy and well written story.
It's really a four and a half, I wish Amazon would fix this.
This was cute, very business oriented, but fun to read. I liked Elle, and her business men, all a little different but something each had to help her through her heat. The fact that they all wanted to continue demonstrates that opposites attract and alphas and omegas will find ways to come together.
chemistry so bland I started skimming through smut, which left essentially nothing because there is no relationship development, barely any character development, and half a plot
A cute, quick book that is easy to read. I feel like it wasn't deep at all, but that was what I was looking for at that time. The characters were fun and it's a basic why choose office romance.
