Alright Miss Kristen!! 👏🏿 You got me with the title. I thought maybe there would be a lil drama with an ex, or something. But no ma'am, we had a full-on psycho! 🤯
I was rooting for Lani after she was embarrassed and humiliated at the beginning of the story. To witness her healing and glow up was a sight to see. 🥰 In no rush to jump back into the dating game, she just wants to hang out, to see what may fall in her lap. Well... Myles is keeping secrets, and Darius seems too good to be true. You know what they say when things are too good to be true right? How did I go from loving single life to having two men seek my attention she wonders? 😜 Then strange things begin to happen, and Lani has a gut feeling that something is off with Darius. Sis, when that gut starts speaking listen up, cause it is normally right on point!
This thang flipped on its head quickly! Lani and Myles are trying to live their best lives, but the past won't stay there; and it's becoming more and more dangerous. I could not believe the lengths that were taken, just wow! 👀😲 When I thought we were getting somewhere, I get wait on the next read??!! 🤬 Please don't have us wait too long, cause I need to this person to go down as painfully as possible. 😡 Sorry, not sorry! 🤷🏿♀️ Great read! 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Lani swiped right on the wrong man and now in his suck mind he believes he owns her. Myles made it his mission to love, protect and honor Lani, but it all goes wrong when the Stalker from hell wants them both dead. Book ends on a cliffhanger... Heading over to read part 2.

I am literally losing my mind over here! Sweetest Obsession absolutely stole my heart, and I am in desperate need of Tethered by Lies like, right this second! (Drops March 10, 2026) Milani, affectionately known as Lani, is finally getting her life together while learning how to guard her heart, and then BOOM—Myles comes in (major swoon alert) and their love story is anything but ordinary! This gripping romance thriller had me hooked from the first page, and now I'm experiencing serious withdrawals as I eagerly await book 2 of the Stonebrook Series!
