Some good ideas on creative problem solving. A lot of it is common sense, but it is good to sort of remind yourself of these things, as it is easy to get bogged down in the midst of everyday stresses. Had to deduct a point though, as the author makes a big deal out of gathering data, research and fact checking, and it would appear he forgot to take his own advice: Moneyball is about the Oakland A's, not the Oakland Raiders.
