Something Extra is a beautiful, insightful blueprint for life. It guides readers to uncover their strengths, reflect on feedback, identify areas of leadership that may need cultivation and growth, and ultimately unleash their impact. This is a book for anyone seeking truly inspiring leadership in any area, especially those committed to leading with a heart for others.
I loved thepersonal touches of Ally’s Something Extra. Ally is a beautiful reminder that true leadership shines through kindness, joy, and unconditional love. The examples and quotes from gifted leaders—along with Lisa’s own life experiences—encourage me to keep growing into the leader I was created to be.
I’ve already bought several copies for friends, and I hope to lead a small group through it soon. I also want to go back through it myself, spending extra time reflecting on the thoughtful questions at the end of each chapter.
This book is truly a gift. It will encourage every reader to live, love, and lead with something extra. It will be your favorite new book, too!
