Eva Onyx writes paranormal cozy mysteries and cozy mysteries set in the neighboring seaside towns of Driftwood Cove and Lighthouse Bay, where ghosts drop in uninvited, the locals know everyone’s business, and there’s always one more suspect than there should be.

Her series include the Paranormal Realtor Cozy Mysteries, about a realtor who can see the dead; the Daisy Sullivan Retirement Home Mysteries, where the residents solve crimes on red scooters; and the Lighthouse Bay Antique Bookstore Mysteries. Characters wander between the series, so readers often bump into old friends.

When she isn’t plotting murders, Eva is happiest with family, a good book and a pot of herbal tea.

📝 Story Review: This one has probably been my least favorite in the series thus far, mostly because I felt it was easy to figure out compared to the others. And in chapter 6 there was a discrepancy regarding what the found inside a radio, which at first led you to believe they found something, and then suddenly there wasn’t anything and we were moving on to other things. I had to reread that part several times because I thought I must’ve missed something. And as with the preceding books, there are a few typos here and there, but nothing too crazy.

In this installment, we have a murder to solve, but also an old mystery of a missing WILL from years ago belonging to the ghost of Vylette’s newest listing. Vylette is involved in a close call at the climax of the story which was quite action packed/dramatic, unlike the slow pace of the rest of the story. - Now onto book 5!

Genre: Paranormal Cozy Mystery

Who Murdered The Auditor?

Vylette West is back and given a house to sell that, her nemesis Bas Mathew’s took care of for the sellers for years and also is the old house of the man who they just found dead on the beach. So join Vylette as she tries to sell another property that might even have a ghost itself, I could tell you more of what happens but that would ruin it for your sense of discovery, so since I don’t want to ruin that for you I will say that I enjoyed this book a great deal and I recommend you go out and get a copy to read yourself, like I always say, you won’t regret it;)
