Color illustrations, diagrams, and maps highlight an exploration of the lives of small cats, covering such subjects as mating, evolution, different breeds around the world, reproduction, hunting habits, diet, and habitats.
Great Book ...but frequent weight and length ranges in imperial (and then metric) hurt casual readability. These indigestible chunks are like pebbles in a sandwich. It might have been better to simply have these in a comparison graph appendix or something.
Still an excellent read for anyone interested in learning about the many, many species of small cats.
