He promised her protection. She chose to believe in him. Together they’d build something unbreakable.
RIX My life was cruising along smoothly. I was the Enforcer for the Cosmic Crows MC. I had my bike, my brothers, and our club. There was nothing else I needed — or so I thought. Then there she was. The pain in her eyes called to me, and I vowed that she’d never feel another moment of pain. She didn’t believe me, and I knew I’d have to build her trust. She was everything I didn’t know I needed. She was my home.
VAL I was a slave — born a slave — and I’d expected to die a slave. Until a feisty human saved us, and I went from slave to free. For the first time I could live my life like I saw fit — taking care of the females that had taken me to their hearts and made me a sister. I’d never imagined that I’d ever find a mate. It wasn’t something a slave dreamed of. And then there he was, promising me things he had no right to promise. I wanted to believe him — I truly did — but the life I’d lived didn’t allow for hope. At least, it hadn’t. He was everything he promised he’d be. He was my forever.
This short alien romance is intended for mature readers 18 years and older. It includes sexual situations, strong language, and a little violence.
Born and brought up in Mazabuka, Zambia. I love all genre's but I'm partial to Shifter, Paranormal and MC. I'm a Virtual Assistant by day and a wordsmith by night. I like coffee and cake, sleeping in and lazy weekends unless my husband drags me to a rock concert. My husband is my inspiration for all my male characters and why I'm a believer in love at first sight. We have been together for 29 years. I'm a big believer in family not always being blood but the people you bring into your life and that people come and go in your life as they are needed.
This one has some overlap with the first book, but there is more. Val's backstory broke my heart, it seemed like she was betrayed in the worst way! Luckily she found her family with the girls and now more with Rix and the rest of the MC. It was crazy what happened the morning after everyone met, but so glad they all were able to take care of things. I loved the family days that Suki has instituted with the MC. The family day that we got to see had quite the surprise! I both loved (that Val was the safe place) and hated it (the reason they needed a safe place). I do know Val and Rix will provide safety and love to those that showed up, no questions asked, their life will be nothing but good from here on out.

Loving these short stories from Michelle Dups. I do like that we are getting different views of the same timeline.
Insta love at its finest. Val comes from a family of slaves. She’s never known anything else. Her last master had two boys who worked their way into her heart as she taught them how to fight. But once again she’s sold and it breaks her heart, and the boys hearts, that she’s being forced to leave.
After escaping the transport with 4 other women, she finds herself working at the local tavern run by Cosmic Crows MC. Enter Rix and its love at first sight.
Hang on for tears as Val falls hard and fast with our Irish speaking blue man with silver eyes.
Thank you, Rix and Val are my new favourite couple. I loved this book. Michelle you have written an excellent book with plenty of heartache and love it made me cry. I'm so happy the boys found Val. I can really visualise everything you write because of the way you tell the story and I am so happy I found your books. You are an exceptional author. I really want a cleansing chamber exactly the same as in your book. Definitely more than 5 stars ⭐⭐. Can't wait for the next book.
I was disappointed when it ended, I could have read on. Novellas are okay, but I’m greedy and need more words. Having said that I loved Val and Rix. Val has been abused all her life and Rix recognises this as soon as he meets her. He falls instantly but she needs to find out he’s to be trusted
What an amazing story full of hope strength, determination, love and family. Val is so strong and I love that Rix and everyone else embrace that strength
So, five females escaped a transport ship and the slave auction awaiting them. Five hunky, blue alien bikers walk into a tavern and fate slaps them upside their heads. Book 2 in the Cosmic Crow series is another insta-love story. Rix gets one look at Val and he instantly knows she is his mate. Val past is heartbreaking, but she can't resist Rix. Should she open her heart? CAN she open her heart? Come along for the ride as Rix and Val build their hea, and be there when they get a surprise from her past. I am SO enjoying these quick read, insta-love stories. As they releasing one right after the other, we get different points of view for some of the same events. Fun, quick reads. Can't wait for the next one.
So, I've been loving Ms Dups Alien Bikers, but wow, did this one hit me in the feels. Val has had it ROUGH, the girl just cant catch a break until she meets [lucky human Suki that breaks them out of the slave ship they're on. But that doesn't mean Val can relax. She knows good things don't last, not for her anyway. So imagine her surprise when she meets her mate while working the door of the bar she works. Anyhoo, Rix is perfect for her, and he makes it his mission to show her exactly what she's worth. Such a good book, really got me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Book 2 cosmic crows Val has only ever known being a slave, in her last household there were 2 little boys who stole her heart and was devastated when she was sold and out on a slave ship and had to leave them behind. Rix was just following his brothers to investigate why the clubs bar is making more than it ever had, he didn’t expect to find his fated. I love that these books tell you the same story but from each persons POV.
Book 2 in the Cosmic Crow's MC is Rix And Val. This is a series of short, fast-paced reads that bring new characters with with each book. Rix and Val's story was a little emotional in comparison to Vex and Suki's book. It's an insta love kinda story and though it's a bit heartbreaking it's still a fun, entertaining read.
Im loving that these short stories are happening essentially at the same time so you get other "views" of what's going on. Michelle Dups had me crying a little with this one!
