The story centers on a woman imprisoned in a literal glass house—a chilling metaphor for visibility without freedom. Her escape to a man who once made her a promise years ago sets the stage for a haunting reunion and a reckoning with the past.

What truly elevates this novel is the villain: disturbingly inventive, morally bankrupt, and unforgettable. The author’s knack for crafting antagonists who are both terrifying and psychologically complex.

Despite having written numerous books, the author continues to surprise. This time, she weaves in the unexpected theme of homesteading, grounding the story in a raw, earthy realism that contrasts beautifully with the high-stakes tension. It’s a fresh twist that adds depth and texture, showing that even in a world of trauma and manipulation, there’s room for growth and self-reliance.

Jessie rarely does single mom/dad and / or pregnant troupes.. but when she does its like a treat because, man, she writes them so good!

Lolly is the sweetest. She fell on hard times and finally chose to save herself when she had more to lose. I admired her strength, her perseverance, and her ability to know when to stay and when to run. She was a tough cookie for sure. sweet as pie and genuine to the core.

Nave is a delightful combination of sweet, funny, and dependable. He went above and beyond for a perfect stranger with more baggage than he had any business taken on, and yet he did. He did so without thought. URGHHHHHHHH, he was perfection. Gentle and patient and oh so loving.

I loved them together. So sweet. The connection a gentle thing that blossomed. The way they grew and got to know one another.. the trust, the friendship and then the love. Oh it was something beautiful.

as always, Jessica brings a slew of fabulous side characters that only bring the story to the next level with the hilarious shenanigans, epic friendships, unbreakable family bonds and crazy that forever follows them.
The banter, bickering... the love it all has you in your feels. Jessie did a great job bringing to life the complex story of Lolly and Nave in a way that felt authentic to them and their circumstances and she stayed true to them the whole way. it was heartbreaking and sweet and healing all in one.

Now the important question!!!!..... WHO'S NEXT?! can it be liked tomorrow please?!!.

The 14th book in the Next Generation series and once again an amazing, one-of-a-kind, beautiful love story.

Jessica's romances are the stories, the dreams are made of.
These are the kind of romances that give us women ideas about how we would like our hubbies/boyfriends to be. Because hey, who doesn't dream about a sweet, swoony, and romance-filled life 😉

Nave is one of these heroes.
Yes, all henchmen have healthy relationships with women.
They are raised to be good men because their fathers taught them what it means to be a man and how to treat a woman.
What they all have, however, is the need to help women who can't help themselves.

Lolly, through her naivety and longing for belonging, started a relationship with the wrong man.
Wrong is an understatement for what she went through.
Her ordeal lasted many years until she was able to run away.
The only person she can ask for help is Nave.
And so their story begins...

I can't tell you any more.
I've already written too much.
It's a beautiful, dramatic, and very emotional love story.
One that warms your heart and puts a smile on your face at the end.
Oh, and I hope all of you will find your Nave someday 😉🥰😍

Freedom, Love and Found Family

Nave's story was perfect! He is exactly as I imagined he would be from his amazing parents (Lazarus and Bethany) raising him.
While on his own, before coming back to Navesink Bank, he sees someone in need and just planting a seed for help turns into the best choice he's ever made.
Lolly, along with her pup Edith, escaped from a glass prison and a crazy obsessive person. Her only thought was to be safe and go to the one person who offered her help, many years ago.
Their story is more of a slow burn but so cute in the development. Don't worry, there is spice and Lolly deserves all the spice and love.
The ending is so fitting and I love the display of found family. 🥰
Side note: Kit and Ariah are absolutely amazing 👏 I can't wait to get their stories!

Nave & Lolly

I love this story lots!!!

Nave & Lolly kept me turning pages, eager to spend time with them. I love the way Nave is an immediate protector for her & how each interaction goes. Lolly makes the brave decision to escape her captor & heads right to Nave. And he's so careful to set her up in her own space bc she's been controlled for so long.

I love all the new experiences she has with him, too!

And of course we get lots of interesting interactions with the guys in the club. I'm really liking the new prospects! Loved getting to know the travel bloggers turned homesteaders.

There's lots of sweet, steam, puppies, family, farm animals, hope...

Loved this whole story, really!!

Book Name/Series: Nave (Henchmen MC – Next Generation #14)
Author: Jessica Gadziala
Standalone?: Can be read as a standalone, but includes characters from other books.

4 Stars

My Opinion: This was a quick read, and it was pretty great overall. I liked both the main characters as well as the secondary characters (especially Kit). The storyline was engaging, and the development of the relationship between the hero and heroine was heartfelt and so sweet. I loved the found family aspect as well as the animals that feature in the story. As always, the ending was deeply satisfying with one of her signature epilogues.

One thing I did notice was that, despite the hero being in a motorcycle club, the MC element was very light. We see the strong brotherhood and friendships between the men and women, but little of the actual club business. On the one hand, I think the couple had enough to deal with, so it made sense that there wasn’t any drama with the club, but I do wish we had gotten more insight what the club actually does.

Hero: 4/5. Nave was a great guy and genuinely good guy. From the moment Lolly showed up needing help, he didn’t hesitate to step up and went out of his way to get her settled as well as make her feel safe and supported. He was just so sweet and dependable, and I love that he had no qualms about claiming Lolly’s unborn baby as his own. That said, I did occasionally want a little more intensity and passion from him, and I wish he had been slightly more proactive in dealing with the threat against Lolly. That’s not to say he didn’t do anything, just that I didn’t feel like it was quite enough.
Heroine: 4/5. Lolly has had a difficult life. She grew up with addicted and neglectful parents and later got into a relationship with an abusive man who controlled every aspect of her life. She managed to escape and found her way to Navesink Bank in hopes of finding the man that had, years ago, offered to help her should she need it. She had been through so much, yet she kept going, even if in the beginning it was only for the sake of her child. I really enjoyed seeing her gain her freedom, grow stronger, and slowly reclaim her life.

POV: 1st person POV (Lolly and Nave).

Push/Pull:

Sadness: 1/5.

Explicit Sex and Spice Level: Yes. 2/5.

OW (Other Woman)/OM (Other Man) Drama: No.

Separation:

Cheating: No.

Closure/Ending: HEA. The epilogue was super satisfying as always with this author.

Nave is book #14 in the Henchmen MC Next Generation series by Jessica Gadziala. This is Nave’s story who is Lazarus and Bethany’s son from the original Henchmen MC series.

Nave disappeared for several years to not only live out from underneath his parents but to experience life outside Navesink Bank. During this time, he met Lolly and made an offer to help if she ever needed him. Nave never forgot Lolly and is pleasantly surprised when she shows up at the clubhouse finally asking for help.

Lolly, bless her heart, has not had the greatest life. Her parents were not good and the man she thought she loved was worse. He kept her as prisoner in his glass house until Lolly discovered a way to escape and had a reason.

Nave and Lolly were super sweet together. Nave was a great guy and I loved how patient and caring he was with Lolly. He understood she’d always been told what to do, so he allowed her space and support to make decisions best for her. Lolly grows and matures under Nave's watchful eye and falls for him just as much as he does her.

Ariah and Kit (Nave’s cousins) were the perfect girls to help take care of Lolly. They knew how to act, what to give her and were there when she needed them. Two new prospects are introduced (Spike and Cain) which means two more books for the series.

I love all of the different Henchmen series that JG has written and I cannot wait to see who gets their happy ending next.

I absolutely adored Nave by Jessica Gadziala! This series, The Henchman’s Second Generation, has quickly become a favorite of mine. I’ve loved the original series and the world Jessica built in Navesink Bank, New Jersey, and every time the characters reappear it feels so nostalgic and special. Nave’s story was no different—it pulled me right back into that world I love.

We’ve met Nave before in earlier books, and I’ve always been curious about his journey. He’s one of those characters who left to forge his own path for a while before coming back, prospecting, and ultimately joining the club. Then we have Lolly, whose story felt incredibly unique and compelling. She finds herself trapped in a life she didn’t really choose, and when she escapes, the only safe place she knows to turn to is Nave—because years ago, she and Nave had already crossed paths.

I loved watching Lolly's journey of self-discovery and freedom. The dynamic between her and Nave was so sweet—there was this balance of yearning and respect that made their relationship feel genuine and heartwarming. Nave gave her the space to figure out what she wanted, but their connection was undeniable.🖤

Nave

I always love returning to Navesink Bank.  Each time we get to know one of the legacy kids, we get a little bit of the parents again which is lovely.  The MMC's parents,

“She’s pregnant,” he went on. Yes, my dad was a vault. But my mom had full access. As she should."

Dezi is awesome and I enjoyed interacting with him again.

As usual with MFC's who have been with abusers, I'm reminded of the seemingly endless insidious ways they have of controlling victims.

"God, it was no wonder I settled for someone like Ben when all I’d ever known was neglect and indifference. To that needy younger version of me, his obsessiveness would have felt like attention, like love."

The author does a great job of comparing dominance that comes from caretaking and love with the obsessive cruelty of the ex.

I also liked getting to know Kit and Ria.

thoroughly enjoyed this one

I highly recommend this story. It kept me interested from the first chapter till the last words in the epilogue. A woman is technically held secluded in a glass house out in the middle of nowhere. He is a computer whiz and a germaphobe. She is allowed nowhere but the house. She cleans the whole house and must take numerous showers daily. She had no idea he was this neurotic. She meets Nave, a biker associate doing a special project for the computer whiz. He sees the situation and the despair in her eyes. He offers to help to get away or to help if she gets away. Time passes, and she finally figures a way to escape and finds Nave. This has a very happy ending, no cheating, no cliffhanger. Lots of drama, angst, stalking, an assault. It is a very good read.

It's no secret I love Jessica Gadziala's books. What is amazing to me is all the different ways she finds to incorporate danger into her books without repeating herself. And how she infuses even "bad guys" with so much goodness that you cannot help but fall in love with them. Even better? The joy they bring to their partners and how deeply devoted they are to their children. And, of course, it's always fun to see characters we fell in love with in other books resurface.

Easter eggs? Oh, yes, there are a BUNCH of them in this book. I wonder which thread will be pulled first?

Loved it!

So Good!!

I definitely enjoyed this story! Nave and Lolly are perfection!

Lolly is running from her psycho stalker ex. Nave is someone who she met a while ago, who happened to mention he would help her if need be. That offer of help was something she remembered.

I loved this book. I thought the ex was a little bit of an odd mystery. What was he going to do? Would he track her down? I liked that. Of course the rest of the story was great also! Once I started reading, I had trouble putting it down!

I love all the chapters, but the Navesink Bank group will always have a special place in my heart. Seeing the next gen legacies step into their own makes me feel like a proud parent! One promise made to one really brave woman determined to save herself, her baby and her dog resulted in a wonderful story of healing, redemption and love. Watching Lolly come into her own after such a tragic life was amazing as was watching the whole Henchman family take her in and love her. Another awesome story like only Jessica Gadziala can write!

Another good read

This one focuses on Nave and what he got up to when he went on his travels before coming home and some one he met on the way, Lolly, and how he gave her sliver of hope in her disturbing life.
She picks up the breadcrumb he gives her and she finds her way to Navesink Bank and hope. It's a lovely romance with, of course, intrigue and danger.
I enjoyed being immersed in the Navesink Bank world again and I especially like Edith, a nice change to the norm

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Henchmen MC: Next Generation #14, Nave by Jessica Gadziala

Lolly is the absolute sweetest, and Nave’s patience and caring nature make them such a perfect match. Their story was tender, heartfelt, and everything I love about this series. I also really enjoyed Ariah and Kit — I’m hoping we get one of their stories soon! Jessica Gadziala continues to deliver characters that feel real and connected, and I can’t wait to see who gets their happy ending next.

Jessica Gadziala delivers another unforgettable ride with Nave. What truly sets this story apart is the villain disturbingly inventive, morally bankrupt, and psychologically complex. Against that darkness, Nave’s journey shines as one of growth, trust, and hard-won love. The slow build from friendship to romance felt real and deeply satisfying. As always, Jessica fills the pages with side characters who steal scenes with their hilarious shenanigans, fierce loyalty, and family bonds. I especially loved meeting Kit and Ariah, whose travel-blogger-to-homesteader story added charm. Add in fresh prospect energy and the ever-magnetic club dynamic, and Nave is another standout in the Navsink Bank series.

Nave is the kind of hero we all swoon for strong, respectful, and protective. When Lolly escapes years of trauma, she turns to him because of an offer he made years ago.

Their story begins with her breaking free from a life of control, trapped in a glass house where she was seen but never truly free.

Love the next gen and it's characters.  Nave is awesome and Lolly is one lucky girl.  Although my favorite is the homestead with Kit and Ria.  I hope we get more of their situation in a future book.  Good pace and flow which makes it an enjoyable read.
