Two demons. One soul. And a fate she can’t escape.
Despite the nightmares that haunt her, Evelyn thought she was ready to face this Halloween without her mother. She was wrong.
She had one job—one rule to follow. She broke it. And now the gates of Hell have opened.
Two demons have come for her, claiming she’s theirs. Claiming they’ve waited long enough. And calling her their mate.
Malek and Balthazar are here, and they’re ready to get what they came for. Together. Like…together, together.
But surrendering means more than passion—it means binding herself to Hell forever. Can she resist their pull, or will she fall into the darkness willingly?
Marked by Two is a steamy paranormal short story perfect for fans of Halloween, dark romance, fated mates, and wickedly funny demons who refuse to share… except when it comes to her
This was such a fun read! Short, sweet and spicy in all the right ways. I normally don't read MMF or DP so two abnormally large demon c*cks is one way to get right into that, lol. I went "ouch, that sounds painful" multiple times throughout the book, but I can see why people who are into that would love this. The spice is spicy, but at the same time, I was smiling at how respectful and caring both Malek and Balthazar were: they always ask for their mate's consent, make sure she's comfortable, and take care of her afterwards.
I loved Evelyn instantly. Her struggles with fitting in with her colleagues are so relatable. I was cheering her on the whole time, and occassionally cried with her. My absolute favorite moment in the book was **spoiler** when Malek and Balthazar killed her awful colleagues because if you're a grown person bullying your co-worker, you deserve to be torn to pieces by demons in my humble opinion, lol.
Another thing I loved about this book was the dry humor. Some of my favorite highlighted quotes: - “It’s called ‘tits’, you idiot.” Balthazar rolls his eyes. - Well, a bit of ass play never hurt anyone. She said, before being DP’d again by her two demons’ cocks. - “A mating bond is more than just physical intercourse,” Malek cuts in. “It’s a bond between our bodies, sure, but also our souls, our hearts. We belong to each other. You are mine, and I’m yours, but you’re also Balthazar’s. We both bring something different to you.” “I bring a bigger cock.” Balthazar says, and instantly gets slapped in the face by one of Malek’s wings, making me shriek.
The ending made me cry (but happy tears)! I can't wait to read more books by this author.

This is not just a book, it’s a whole damn fantasy I didn’t know I needed, because whew 😏.
It’s short, it’s sinful, it’s sweet in the most devilish way, and it’s TWO demons fighting over one girl. Correction: not fighting. Sharing. Evelyn is basically living a dream life. Two demons, Malek and Balthazar, both sexy as sin, both fated mates from hell (literally) and they want her. Together. Like…together-together. And babes, they don’t believe in taking turns.
Every page had me like 👀 “oh… OH.” These men are written to ruin you. Malek and Balthazar put together? Girl, that’s a damn recipe for destruction and i think anyone would happily volunteer as tribute.
So yeah, if you want to feel possessed (in the best way possible), get hot and bothered, this one’s for you. Just don’t blame me when you start praying for hellfire to take you. 🔥😈🔥.
Bestie, grab the book, light a candle, lock your door, and prepare yourself… because Malek and Balthazar are coming. And trust me... you’ll want them to. 😉
Marked by Two follows Evelyn’s story on halloween, years after losing her mother. Except when she paints to release all the emotions and tension just a few days before Halloween; she brings forth two demons that are determined she’s their mate and she is coming to hell with them on Halloween. What will happen to her now?
Okay so first off I would like to say this is more heavy on the spice than I felt comfortable with. BUT I want to rate the story itself and not dock stars over my personal preferences in spice. 4.5 stars. I did really enjoy this story concept and how the tale winds towards the ultimate ending. There’s tension, added incidents of danger / gore, romance, and more. It’s an enjoyable novella and a great read for anyone that loves monster dark romance.
This was such a fun, deliciously dark, and spicy paranormal romance that had me hooked from the first page. Evelyn thought she could survive Halloween without breaking the rules—but Malek and Balthazar had other plans.
If you're looking for a short, spicy paranormal romance with Halloween vibes & morally gray demons who don't share unless it's her, then this is a must add to your TBR.
If there is one thing I love about Halloween it's the spooky, dark, filthy short stories full of Gothic vibes and big.... Appendages. Pauline checks all the boxes with this steamy novella
Short, indulgent reads are just necessary sometimes. Evelyn was so funny. Although the 4th wall wasn’t truly broken in the book, I like how introspective she was like “that’s a scary sound, I should probably avoid but oh WTH, I’m more curious than smart anyhow”. I guess it’s just my kind of humor. Malek and Balthazar were scary demons that had the hots for her. Demons willing to kill for you is what fictional romance is all about!
