Dnf- started reading this and thought it was cute, but when I went to look at the authors other books, some of the covers looked suspiciously like they were done by ai. Add in that there’s no cover credit in this book, author has no social media presence and uses Virtual Voice for the audiobooks, I am definitely dnfing.

Eta: I’m not saying this cover is AI- I’m just saying there’s enough here to make me wonder about their stance on using ai, especially if they’re using virtual voice.

so first off I will say it was cute! However, Julian has blonde hair in the book cover? Right! So why does he say “my dark hair” when describing how he looks in the mirror..nope doesn’t match so that irked me, I know it’s probably just a me thing but stuff like that gets to me 🥲

I also wish the ending would’ve been at the year point and not the 6 months, kinda felt open ended to me. So you don’t really get that closure

This was a quick read. After reading a lot of books, you really start to notice how predictable certain plot points are. Which is to say that this book was quite predictable but that was what I expected and that's fine. It was a bit corny but in that feel-good way. I think I would've liked this more when I was younger.

I swear I read this story before, but I don't have it written down anywhere. Either way, I highly enjoyed myself.

These two were adorable as hell. They helped each other grow, helped each other become stronger. They appreciated each other's passions. They supported each other's talents. They fell in love so deeply that Hell (well, The Between) changed their rules.

“Summoning Mr. Wrong (Or Maybe Right)” is everything I hoped for and more!!! It’s a perfect mix of humor, sweetness, and heat.
The premise hooked me right away, an accidental demon summoning that turns into something far more complicated than expected ?? Sign me in please!!
Deus is the sweetest demon I have encountered and since the start of the book tries to do everything and anything for the wellbeing of his human!!! And the banter?? God it had me laughing out loud more than once.
I’ll definitely be rereading this and recommending it to anyone who loves stories with a little bit of infernal charm

Another дивна книжка на фон під час прибирання, another day to think what am I doing with my life.

Але якщо серйозно, саме ця історія змусила мене замислитися, а чого саме бажаю Я. Від життя, від інших людей, від себе. Що є таке непомітне, що стримує мене? Чому всі ті творчі починання залишають в прихованому ящику, ідеї не реалізуються на повну, а кожен день стає like groundhog day.

Короче, щось далеко я пішла в себе, поки слухала це. Коротко. Оці всі повтори слів що в нього (демона) був досвід від millennium, або який же гг невпевнений в собі були зайвими чи що. Діставало під кінець. Але якщо слухати на 1.5х, то ок.

Дякую за причину самокопання, шо.
Історія з феями мені сподобалась більше, бо там хоч була хімія між персонажами 😶

I liked it

This was a good book. I’m not sure I liked the ending. I feel like the Epilogue should have wrapped everything up. It did but I felt like it was a missed opportunity to really finish the book. Like they should have finished with a year after instead of 6 months. I would have liked to see the lives the characters created for themselves.

I don't know what it is with me and demon romances this year, but I've sure read a bunch of them. This one is cute and plays on the accidental summoning trope. It's pretty straightforward, and you know where it's going from the beginning, but I find that comforting.

I rarely give a book 5 stars. I just think it’s so crazy that I felt such a strong connection between Julian and Deus in just 111 pages, more than some of the books that are 300-400 pages.

The book made me laugh, smile, and cry, happy tears. I cannot wait to start the second book.

This was fine. It was entertaining enough and it was a quick read. I have read this trope a lot, of someone accidentally summoning something they didn't mean to, and this one was a good one. It had a demon that was obsessed with the main character and a main character that was having a rough time in life. And they fall in love. It was definitely one of those paranormal romances were the conflict get resolved within a couple seconds, but besides that it was a fine book.

This was super cute! I died over Julian and Deus trying to figure out why Deus was stuck with Julian and what favor he needed to fulfill. I liked how Deus was slowly falling for Julian along the way. I died over how he chose to be with Julian over returning to his demon life. These two were so adorable and I loved Deus working with Julian and how he learned to appreciate human life more and how these two get to be happy together <3
