Very easy and simple book but cute for little kiddos. Elmo gets a Valentine and tries to figure out who sent it to him, but it ends up being from his mom. The cute thing about this book is that Elmo is funny so there is kind of an incentive for kids reading because they get to feel Elmo on each page.

I had ordered a different title from my library system but this is the book that showed up. It turned out to be a sweet little Valentine's Day story.

Tactile and somewhat more plot than the typical Sesame Street books.

Synopsis: "It's Valentine's Day and Elmo's received an anonymous valentine. Who could have sent it? He checks with all of his friends and finds the answer right back where he started looking-at home! Kids will love touching the fuzzy flocking on every spread!"

My Review: This was such a perfect gift for Munchkin on Valentine's Day. Munchkin loves Elmo and also seeks out several of the other Sesame Street characters that we encounter in this book. The book is a little advanced for him (and I may have to give up on Sesame Street books for him until he gets a little older) but the touch and feel fuzzy Elmo on each page kept his interest so I could get through the reading. I do love the message in the story and look forward to Munchkin reading it more in the future.

The second of my Elmo books in this list, but this one is a touch-and-feel board book. Elmo has received a Valentine in the mail from a secret admirer and he goes all over Sesame Street to try and find out who it is fun. This book is perfect for smaller children because of the touch-and-feel, fuzzy parts of every page. They will be engaged by the friendly faces of everyone’s favorite monsters and the fuzzy pages. Cute ish. Elmo tries to find who gave him the unsigned valentine. On the way, meet fun Sesame Street friends.
