A little too technical or maybe I've just been reading too much of the same lately! I may pick this one up again at another point in time but I'm tired of reading about training programs at the moment!

Great detail - but it read like a laborious research paper or master's thesis. More for people who are into the science of training.

Very dry and technical stuff. Not for the casual reader.
