Really good book. Told in the style of a parable, so somehow realizing how many shortcomings you share in common with the main character is a little easier to swallow...and be inspired to do something about it! Unlike so many leadership books that place blame on the shoulders of the person (supposed leader reading the book), this book sticks just to the mindset and behavior of a great leader - and doesn't feel it necessary to call out every bad habit a leader might have in the name of "keeping them honest". How REFRESHED I am that I can walk away from this book inspired and focused on my own positive behaviors, rather than sick with anxiety over all the past and future mistakes, and the daunting task ahead to change that course.

A cute little book. If you don’t want to invest the time and effort into reading other, better, leadership books, then this one might slightly beneficial...but it is pretty basic.

Για να είμαι ειλικρινής διαβάζοντας το οπισθόφυλλο δεν ενθουσιάστηκα, αντιθέτως το θεώρησα λίγο βαρετό. Έκανα λάθος βέβαια. Ποτέ μην κρίνεις ένα βιβλίο μόνο απο την περιγραφή του. Το βιβλίο παραθέτει μια όμορφη, σύντομη και καλογραμμένη παραβολή, που έχει ως στόχο την ταύτιση του αναγνώστη με τον ήρωα της ιστορίας.

Your Leadership Legacy is a small parable that talks Doug, a guy who has to go through a journey before he can become a CEO of a company, and through this journey, he learns how to have a leadership legacy. It's a short story, but it is very simple and effective.
