This is a very good "the war that never was" novel. And it has very different spin on how the war occurs. Notably, the focus of the book is not "war porn" were the story is just a medium to describe war toys and military action. It has a good underlying plot and does not jump around to a bunch of independent substories that don't support the plot. Recommend if you like Third World War books.
