Well-written, easy and interesting academic read. Plenty of examples, research, case studies and articles embedded within the text. Good layout that is easy to follow. I learned a lot about Psychology in the work context and in organisations. I thought I was going to be bored but the material was presented in a way that captivated me and urged me to study the next page. Great book to reference back too as well.

Well organized written chapters explain all organization and its related behavior from the beginning of management science.
Every chapter titled with main subject and includes case study related to the subject with many figures that explain the concept with easy social language .
Also, definitions of the book terminology are listed on the both sides of the margins. At the end of every chapter there quiz and some questions that test the reader (student) comprehensive understanding of the chapter.
I really enjoyed and found the benefit of its content in my daily work life at my prestigious organization.

Honestly, for a textbook, this was a pretty good read. I thought the material was really interesting. I needed this for an online course and pretty much ended up teaching myself through the text so I thought it was very well written and kept my attention.
