Wendy is excited about joining the Zodiac Program and finding her Alien Husband. But some people have other plans…
Taken by a group of criminals, she’s about to be sold to one of the most repulsive men in the universe, who’s been looking to add another woman like her to his personal collection.
Good thing they crashed on Gemini, where not one, but her two Alien husbands are searching for her.
Baelor and Nitochi are polar opposites, but they can agree on one thing; they’ll find her, and once they do, they won’t let anyone get to her ever again.
Wendy has an overly developed sex drive. But will she be able to keep up with them?
It's always a good read when I learn a new word. Humect or rather as was used in the story humecting, meaning to moisten.
Again, loved the cover. Loved the duality of being two halves of a soul, one dark, one light. Wasn't really a fan of them being brothers.
The dick thing also,
Plot point that left questions:-
I appreciate that the stories are short but for this one in particular it was very much shotgun from landed on the planet, meeting, baby and the end.
I started off this story a bit confused as well as to what is going on but somehow in the end I understand. Humans aren't just on earth but on other human settlements but on other planets?
There are still instances where grammar needs to be fine tuned in the story. There's a scene where a character says, "Let's take your tension first." and I was asking myself is it that we are in an advanced future so they are referring to blood pressure (yet there were instances of here and now pop culture references) or was it that the author knows more languages so blood pressure translates into tension in their other language?
So, overall, enjoyed this. Will be continuing with the series.
If you are looking for a fast-paced, high-heat alien romance, this one definitely delivers. I absolutely loved the dynamic between the main couple—they were incredibly sweet together, though I honestly found myself wishing we got even more scenes of them.
Now, let's talk about the spice: the "🐓 merging" anatomy quirk was definitely a first for me, but it was absolutely scorching hot! 🔥
What You'll Find Inside: Tropes: Alien x Human, MFM, Breeding Pacing: Quick, high-heat, and engaging
Standout Character: Nitochi completely stole the show for me. He is hands-down my favorite character in the entire book!
Final Verdict: If you love spicy sci-fi romance with unique alien anatomy, polyamory, and a sweet underlying romance, you definitely need to add this one to your TBR list!
I quite enjoyed these little novellas. Short, sweet and, as expected, spicy.
I was a little unsure of this one as I haven't easily enjoyed three-person relationships, but it worked. Apparently spicy little novellas are easy to like for me.
I quite liked the idea of there being a soul split between the men, and the idea of how mating and pregnancy and the whole marriage worked. Having one man be the lead and the other… not.
And I liked the idea of the one destined to be the secondary one be the lead. Loved that the two found their ground. That Baelor (destined lead) had no issue with Nitochi having that role.
Cute. Liked how Tamara was introduced as well. See you next month for the Cancer installment.
My only thing is that the last several chapters just felt a bit frivolous, like u get the point of them meeting the next bride and getting checked with the doctors... but honestly who cares? Just my opinion at least
But otherwise it was good as a low stakes and easy thing to het through
