The Authorized Ripped from the pages of a spy novel, comes a non-fiction account of an international conspiracy against freedom for every current and future American voter. It’s being called the greatest criminal conspiracy in history!
In 2019, two U.S. government whistleblowers investigating the Venezuelan government's involvement in drug trafficking and money laundering, inadvertently discovered an international conspiracy to influence elections in the United States and in over 70 countries around the world. "Stolen Elections" describes how, according to the whistleblowers, the plot began with help and advice of Fidel Castro to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, (and his successor Nicolas Maduro) who developed and then rolled out a system of election fraud that was virtually undetectable. It was first used to steal the Venezuelan referendum of 2004, and subsequently penetrated the electoral systems of other Latin American countries, facilitating the elections of a string on left-leaning candidates in their respective countries.
This malware was quickly brought north and deployed across electoral districts throughout the United States in collaboration with election software companies that used variations of the same source code developed in Venezuela and voting machines with parts manufactured in China. The criminal conspiracy that started with Cuba and Venezuela grew to include China, Iran and Serbia – all countries interested in undermining the United States by sowing mistrust and division. "Stolen Elections" describes how the criminal conspirators have been determining the winners of US elections since 2006! What’s more shocking is that this criminal conspiracy avoided detection by America's over $1 Trillion national security and intelligence apparatus, and for so long. It wasn’t until the two very skilled, determined and courageous government whistleblowers penetrated the conspiracy by recruiting the actual software engineers who designed the system and brought the results of their investigation to the attention of the US Department of Justice and Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
NYT-bestselling author Ralph Pezzullo takes readers through the incredible risks and challenges whistleblowers Martin Rodil and famed, former CIA operations officer Gary Berntsen faced as they conducted their investigation and the initial rejection they faced by members of Congress from both political parties and officials in the FBI and CIA when they first presented the evidence they had collected. “Stolen Elections” lays out the complex corporate front that the criminal conspiracy operated behind; the methods they used to manipulate election results in specific key election districts; and how the whistleblowers and civilian cyber experts finally blocked the criminal conspirators’ efforts to steal the 2024 presidential election. “Stolen Elections” has been called “essential reading for all those who value freedom.."

What Pezzullo presented truly made sense. If he is proven wrong, then that's great. But if the vulnerabilities in our election process are not addressed, then Americans would be like those Filipinos who believed (and still believe) Ferdinand Marcos did not cheat when he was the ruthless dictator of the Philippines and that his regime was the golden years of the Philippines.
This book may shock some people. The link analysis of people, organizations, corporations, States and cartels is astounding. There are several appendices after the main chapters, that provide details. The book is a short 336 pages with a large amount of the content devoted to the necessary background and history to guide the reader through the connections in the link analysis. One is tempted to empty a wall in the office or put up a giant whiteboard and start putting up pictures and attaching strings - that is how complex and intentionally convoluted the links are. This entire process has been going on for at least 20 years. It is affirmation of what other authors have written of regarding crime, proxies, states and cartels. The foremost authors that come to mind is Dr Max G. Manwaring, New Dynamics in Uncomfortable Wars, and Dr. Robert Bunker, Small Wars Journal. Which brings me to last point. If you are interested in the connections and evolution, and where this might be leading, then go to the Small Wars Journal and peruse the essays and book reviews. https://smallwarsjournal.com/ The book is a bit redundant, but this is necessary to show the evolution and links and intentional complexity to hide and mask operations. I really do recommend this book.
A powerful, impactful, and insightful book, reflecting solid investigative reporting. There's still much here that's unreported or incomplete, including more information about the whistleblowers, the methodology, and source codes used to hack US election devices from places like Venezuela and Eastern Europe, but enough here to warrant serious official investigations.
I suspect much of what's happening in Venezuela right now involves investigating the possible hacking and influence over many precincts and counties during the 2020 and other elections.
That this book has received so little attention is both surprising and not. There are simply too many malevolent media sources that don't want to give this book or its reporting any credibility. That's too bad. A must read.
Absolutely gripping from start to finish. Pezzullo takes readers through an international conspiracy that feels like something out of a spy thriller, but every part is real. The courage and determination of the whistleblowers shine through, and the level of detail about how elections could be manipulated is both shocking and eye-opening. This book makes you think differently about democracy and how fragile it can be.
This is one of the most compelling non-fiction books I’ve read in years. Pezzullo writes like a journalist and a storyteller at the same time, making a complex topic understandable and incredibly engaging. The behind the scenes look at whistleblowers, intelligence agencies, and international intrigue had me hooked, and it leaves you reflecting on the importance of transparency and vigilance in protecting democracy.
I have no idea if this book is true or fantasy. Never believe just what a book says. But hot dang if I'm not hooked. I think I really like Pezzullo's writing style as well and might try his other series.
We are cooked as people if we don't stand together, there are so many forces against us.
This book reads like a political thriller, but it’s nonfiction. The depth of research and the whistleblower stories make it both fascinating and alarming. A powerful read for anyone who cares about democracy.
Ralph Pezzullo does an excellent job explaining a complex topic in a way that is engaging and easy to follow. The investigation and the risks taken by the whistleblowers kept me turning the pages. Eye-opening.
An intense and thought-provoking book. The author combines investigative reporting with storytelling that feels like a spy novel. It definitely made me think more deeply about election security worldwide.
I genuinely believe Stolen Elections is an eye-opening and powerful book. It pulled me in like a thriller, but left me convinced that its warnings about the fragility of our elections are too important to ignore.
Hard to believe at times, yet the research and evidence are meticulous. This book keeps you hooked from start to finish, highlighting how determined individuals can challenge even the most powerful conspiracies. Welldone Ralph.
Compelling, persuasive, and highly informative. It is a must-read for anyone who cares about the integrity of elections and freedom. The way Pezzullo lays out the conspiracy is both shocking and believable.
A bold and interesting book. Some parts were honestly shocking and unbelievable, but that’s what made it so compelling. It’s the kind of read that makes you pause and think.
